Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Booking the shuttle from the airport was stressful as we have no telephone flatrate in the US. Therefore we had to pay for the call and it was nearly as much as we would have paid for a uber because we were stuck in the waiting loop for a couple of minutes. I would have much preferred an option to book the shuttle online as there is always a place where one can find free WiFi . After we booked the shuttle we had to wait 25 minutes for it and the pick up point was also not quite clear for us.
The hotel was modern and clean, the breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip (it is still american breakfast - but the fruits were fresh and tasty, they had a pancake machine, and in general they had more different food choices than other hotels). The breakfast room was big enough, it was not crowded.

No complaints, good place to stay after or before a flight.
Hotel close to airport and car rental facility within walking distance, ideal to fetch your car still without lot of nightdriving after a long flight. Nice rooms and good breakfast, competent staff.

TV was not working when I arrived, but they fixed it the day after.
If you are looking for a nice, clean and well serviced hotel, without the Vegas buzz and the casinos, Tru by Hilton is the right place. Conveniently close to the airport, but also well connected to the Strip via the Deuce bus and to the nearby shopping center. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Comfortable wide bed and clean room. Quiet also as it’s not a casino hotel, but could hear plane traffic which didn’t bother my sleep. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel + body lotion which were all in decent size (refillable) and nice products, not just harsh liquid soap.

After we checked in at 3pm or little thereafter, we went to our rooms and dropped of luggage. We went to an early dinner and returned around 630pm. I attempted to shower; however, there was absolutely NO HOT WATER! I called the front desk and was told that the hot water had been depleted. She also noted that a significant amount of people had checked in that day. She commented that everyone must have taken showers for the hot water to have depleted. When we returned back to our room after our show, i attempted to shower around 1230am, but, there was still no hot water. My son and I both had to take extremely cold showers. That was just something unreal for me, for something like that to occur. I do not know if you need additional or maybe even larger water heaters to accommodate the hot water use.
The person that checked us in was extremely pleasant and patient. He answered my questions with regard to the best modes of transportation to the venue that we were going to visit. He informed us of the breakfast time for the following morning and was just very kind. Made check in easy. He also signed me up for the Hilton Rewards program after explaining how it works.

Good place to stay prior to flying out of Vegas. Accommodation is modern and new. Shuttle to the airport was on time even though we had to leave at 5 am. We were sad to miss breakfast.

The shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am was perfect. Never had time for breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean for overnight stop and very convenient to airport and car rental return.

Nothing really.
I almost cancelled the reservation because I read some negative reviews on Google, but my reservation was only partially refundable, so I decided to keep it. This hotel was surprisingly good. It could be because my expectation was low, but it was clean, quiet ( I could hear the airplane noises because it was close to the airport, but no noises from the adjacent rooms), modern, and the fitness room (open 24 hours) was adequate. For the price, I think it's a great value and I would be happy to stay here again. The location was very convenient.
