We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bleach was way too strong when entered the room. When checking in I had my 2 sons with me who came in before me in the lobby. One is an adult .The receptionist was not very alert she did not acknowledge them yet however ask if we were delivering food . I found that a bit disturbing as I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at multiple Hilton Resorts for business. How about asking how may I help you? Instead of assuming that we are nobody. Just wanted to add that as a training opportunity overall the property was nice.
I liked the fact that there are printing option in the breakfast area very convenient .

United States of AmericaPillows are too soft. Asked for extra pillows and a blanket. Took a while for them to arrive. The shelves for the pool towels, out at the pool was empty. We went in and asked the front desk for some more. They said they would ask housekeeping. It took 2 1/2 hours for someone to come out with them. We were still out there enjoying the space, but we had already gotten out of the pool and gone to the room to use our shower towels instead of waiting.
Location is great for finding a restaurant to eat in after traveling. The hotel having laundry machines avaliable for guests at no charge is a huge help, especially when we stayed there after our cruise.

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that the TV channel did not function. And was told by the front desk that they had no idea when it would be operational. When I paid my $50.00, I was added to my credit card. I was told it is a key deposit and would be given back after our stay. The person at check out explained it was for incidentals. This should be made clear in a courteous way. We were told we have a lovely room ( which was) overlooking the airport. Well, that was not possible on the second floor. There was no water or amenities like a water heater where we could make our own tea or coffee!
The position was great - in close proximity to the airport also with an Airport Shuttle.

Foran apparently 2star hotel by an airport this was a great stay. staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great selection with plenty of staff replenishing right to the end of service, the pool was great with the option of bbq grills and there were a few easy options for cheap dinner nearby. the beds were very comfortable and the room was a really good size for the money. I can’t find anything negative to say!

Trinidad and TobagoRoom was small but for overnight stays it's ok. Gym opened at 7 am and closed at 11 I think. Not very convenient. No staff assisted with suitcases or bags. Everything was self service. Bathroom floor was very slippery. Needed a mat. Breakfast also finished at 9:30 am which was a little early.
Great location for overnighting / airport transfers. Parking garage was immediately next to the hotel and was very convenient. Overall the hotel was very clean.

United States of AmericaIt took quite awhile to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport- at least 45 minutes. My family was also staying at the hotel and came in on a different flight. They waited at least an hour and a half (kept calling and were told it would be there in a few minutes). Had any of us known it would take that long, we would have just taken a taxi.
The hotel was beautiful and our very clean room looked right out on to the lagoon. The breakfast spread was great, as was the lounge it was in. Nearby restaurants (walking distance) made it easy to find dinner, but other guests said the hotel restaurant food was really good too.

United States of AmericaDelay in getting response from hotel about hotel van accessibility. The sink in the bathroom is a little too high and not deep enough for a wheelchair user -- the bathroom otherwise was very spacious.
The location was convenient for a 6:30 am flight out of MIA. Had to book a wheelchair accessible room due to an accident while on vacation, so handicap-accessible is new to me. Liked the close location of the room to the elevator, room was easy to travel around for a wheelchair noob.

United States of AmericaWe were told that the airport shuttle would be by every 30 minutes to pick us up from the airport. One shuttle went by in a 2-hour period but when we tried to flag it down (we were waiting where we were told to wait) the driver motioned that it was full. We called the hotel 3 times during the wait and were always told there had been an issue but one was on the way. Frustrating wait!
Breakfast was good and everything was comfortable. Nice accommodations for waiting until time to go to our ship after checking out. Friendly staff.

United KingdomHaving had direct contact with the hotel I was assured the shuttle ran from the airport half hourly without the need to call them.. having waited 45minutes at the airport it did not arrive so we had no option but to have a taxi costing $21. At the hotel they said we need to have rung them. I have emailed them twice regarding this and got no reply. Not good enough!

SpainThe fact that room windows couldn't be opened at all. Refreshing the room everyday is essential. There was a broken pool umbrella and the person in charge of this didn't change it during the week we were there. I didn't like to be charged a deposit of 50$ per night, to be unblocked upon check out. With the price of the hotel per night, this deposit is totally unacceptable. Besides, it is not notified in booking. Com description neither in the hotel own website. I'm taking my time to write all these things because I'd like to improve these small details.
Refurbished hotel with a modern style. Large room with plenty of space for baggage. Comfy beds. Quiet area, ideal for sleeping. You hear the planes but it is not a big deal, since Windows are sealed. Views from the room and the restaurant are so beautiful. Breakfast is just great - variety and quality. It is one of the best breakfasts I have had in USA. As I said, the views from the breakfast room are a good way to start the day. The pool area is lovely, ideal for resting. I was very happy at the hotel.

Czech RepublicI am disappointed that nobody got back to me when I messaged the staff through booking.com that I forgot an item in the room. Then I tried the hilton chat. No team member of the hotel joined the chat. Never heard back. Also, breakfast should have more plant based protein options, such as yoghurt or beans or plant milk.
The hotel is comfortable. Location is nice.

Czech RepublicWiFi didn’t work at the beginning of my stay, receptionists are very weak in customer service, check-in / check-out takes longer time than normal.
Location is very calm despite of airport in the neighborhood, fast food restaurants in 1 min walk distance is big advantage.
