I stayed on 1st floor bc I am handicap and had the walkin shower I can not stand 2 shower and u have no handicap bathroom chairs 2 provide for use in the showers. My daughter each stay goes and gets a orange outside lawn chair 2 put in the shower with a towel on it. Also not each of the walkin showers have shower head on cord. The ones that do are not long enough for a handicap person 2 use sitting down. Except for few minor adjustments 2 be more handicap accessible your facility is my 1st choice each time I come 2 Mobile. I have had been 2 Mobile on 2 different occasions this month and stayed at your establishment and was very pleased each time except 4 the struggles 2 make the shower handicap accessible 4 me. But thanks 2 my daughters ability 2 figure out an alternative with the lawn chair we made it handicap accessible. Lol

Courteous and friendly staff. Excellent accommodations, secure area and well lighted parking area. Convenient access on and off interstate. Convenient shopping and eating establishments. Fantastic breakfast.

This was my first time staying at tru Hilton, had to adjust to no drawers, microwave and etc, however it was definitely worth the cost.

I really liked the hotel, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was CLEAN, the premises was very appealing. I'm not getting paid for this am I. lol

There were some crumbs and wrappers that fell behind the bedside table from previous guests, so maybe those areas need to be checked more frequently. But everything else was PERFECT

THE BATHROOM HAS LIQUID HAND SOAP!! Overall the bathroom was great. The bed was extremely soft and cozy. Breakfast was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel so welcome in Mobile

Person checking us in was more interested in answering the phone than anything else and it sounded personal. Then he couldn’t find the reservation even when I gave him the reservation number, had my license insisting I reserved under a different name. I stopped talking to him and called the main office and he found the reservation.

Our room was the last one one on 4th floor. Workman were scraping and painting the outside wall of our room. It was very noisy until 8 pm and the workmen started again at 8:00 am. It didn’t affect our stay but if someone who needed rest or a nap was in the room, they would have been very upset.

The only thing I wish could be added is a bottle of water as a compliment.

The staff is very professional and helpful. Location is good. Near is located costco, gas station, buffet, top golf etc. That’s very convenient. The room was clean and neat.

Problem with Booking.com- booked and paid a month before, they didn’t pay Tru so I had to pay again. I’m waiting for a refund and Booking customer service is pretty slow to respond.

We visited Mobile for just one night and didn't expected much from the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is close to perfection for us. Very clean and very welcoming place where you can rest in a comfortable bed. We even played few games on a pool table in the lobby. The hotel is located where the main shopping area of Mobile is, just 15 minutes from the city's centre. The room was super clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was standard but tasty - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages cereal, fruits, fresh pancakes, etc. with a great variety of products. It is an animal frendly place because we saw a lot of dog people in the morning.

Housekeeping could step it up a little bit. Floors still had crumbs from previous occupant and drink stains on the bedside table, and the shower had hair in it.
