Very nice area. We went motorcycle riding. Hwy 20 was a great option. This hotel was on hwy 20. The building was nice and clean. All staff were helpful. The hotel is not on the busy beach side, only 20 minutes away.

When we arrived it was pouring down raining and storming and the modern design of the entrance doesn't have a large covering like most hotels do so you are getting out of your car in the rain to check in. I didn't like this. The design should me modified to be more functional and provide cover from the elements. The rooms are small, adequate but small. I also didn't like that there isn't an enclosed closet. I like to put my things away out of sight. The modern look has everything set out which can get messy to look at after a while. I don't like when hotels have window ac units they give the hotel a cheaper look and they are loud when trying to sleep. The sound proofing isn't as good as it could be I could hear conversations and tv in other rooms. The breakfast could have offered more in terms of protein there is a lot of bread.

I liked the lobby it was very inviting and cheerful. The modern decor was fun and the mural is a nice touch for photos ect. I like the clean modern lines of the bathroom it was very fresh and the tile choice was great. The toiletries provided were also refreshing and good quality. The tv has access to streaming like Netflix which was a plus. They have satelite for their regular cable though so it was out due to the storm. There is a board getting off the elevators where you can find recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, parks, things to do ect which I thought was a very nice touch. The pool and outdoor facilities also looked very nice and clean. Overall this is a nice simple no fuss modern youthful hotel to stay at when you aren't looking to spend a lot on your accommodations.

My room door kept locking me out .problem with door know. Also thought I would be given grevience discount. Family gathered together under name NAST. For death in family I Had to get my own room name SMOKER. No duscount.. Oh well... I still had an ok stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower had grab bar. Nice shower. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Very convenient to where we were going and other attractions like Destin Commons and Silver Sands Mall. Will choose TRU next time we visit Niceville.

I cannot think of anything to be improved. It would be nice to have a water bottle filling station on all floors instead of just the first, but that is all I can think of.

This hotel was very welcoming. The lobby has great seating areas and the complimentary breakfast was convenient and great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was very clean. The area was also very nice and it was only a 20 minute drive to Destin (by toll road).

I didn’t like that there were animals like dogs staying at the hotel. I was uncomfortable at breakfast eating while there were dogs walking around the breakfast area.

This was one of the best hotels that we’ve stay at in the past 4 months. I love the breakfast because the area was clean, great food and great company.
