We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaSoap wasn't the best,it was extremely slippery when used in the shower. It didn't wash down very well. The towel holders also needed to be tightened they are coming loose.
Well kept! The lady doing the breakfast was amazing. She kept everything coming out continuously and was cleaning and emptying trash the moment something was dirty or a bag was full.

Brand new hotel is super clean and modern. You can hang out in the lobby and play foosball or sit in a pod with lighted space have drinks or snacks it's so comfortable then you can go on an outdoor patio near the pool this place is beautiful beds are comfortable on the breakfast is amazing

TV has very little usability: YouTube app only works on the Hilton channel (who the heck wants to watch that???), most TV channels didn't work, no Disney app. Walls seemed paper thin. Could easily hear people talking in surrounding rooms. When checking out, the billing address was for a completely different country, seems like the front desk mixed it up with someone else. I got a $5 charge when I asked for a couple of extra sheets.

United States of AmericaWhen we enter own room the bed was not made on one side. Then we heard a knock on the door with a key and it was a random man that was hanging out later in the lobby. I was a little shooken up because he did not answer me why he was there mid afternoon following us to our room. Maybe the elevator should have a key access only option for safety of the guests.
