Parking because part of the street was closed so it was hard to find a place to park. We had to pay a parking meter all 3 days. Their valet parking was $45 a day for them to park it on the street.

The room is a bit basic and felt a little empty although it has everything you need for a short stay. I thought it was a little expensive for what you get.

Very close to Enterprise Center, the Gateway Arch National Park and other downtown attractions. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and good for a short visit to St Louis. Comfortable beds.

The location is decent, but not enough food options in the area. With no room service at the hotel and very few local restaurants, it was more difficult to get food than it should have been. I didn't like that the floors and windows were dirty when we got there. They clean rooms every other day. On our second day at 7pm we had to call and complain about the room not being cleaned. No towels, trash needed to be emptied, floors were awful, and was told by the housekeeper on the floor she didn't know if she could do it and the supervisor had already left. I was told we had free parking, not the case. Was supposed to have a coffee pot and a microwave, we did not have either. This was my first experience at the location, I was just very disappointed.

I love that we were on the top floor.

I was unaware there was no on-site parking. All parking needed to be paid for. Also, after booking with booking, I knew the amount, but when I checked in an extra fee was added, it has now come off and the money is back to my account, but the clerk didn’t mention it when running my card.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to looks and expectations. No bagel slicer or toaster, so no bagel. Out of forks for some time, so a lot of people ate eggs, potatoes, sausage, and waffles with spoons and fingers. Our bathroom door didn't close, so no privacy there. Some places a bit dingy for a new hotel.
