We were in a room very close to the front desk so we heard a lot of noise throughout the night.

Location was great. We were there for graduation so the room rates were ridiculous, but I understand that.

The hotel location is convenient and located downtown near all the restaurants and shopping boutiques. The decor is unique and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. Take advantage of the breakfast it was really good.

A local cafe supplied the breakfast options and although they were very good, we would have preferred a lighter option ie cereal and fruit to be included in the menu.

We stayed at the Hotel Trundle twice during our trip to the southern states. The first time we checked in, it was around 0100 and found the reception staff very helpful. The complimentary drinks on arrival were an added bonus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel offers parking the hotel is positioned perfectly to be able to explore the city by foot. The market on a Saturday morning is literally just around the corner.

Could easily hear neighbors, especially when they watched television. Also, the bathroom had some minor (but still annoying) issues, like toilet was hard to flush, faucet sprayed all over, and door wouldn't close all the way.

Breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the decor was memorable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Would have been nice to have a hotel information booklet we could browse through.. We only found the microwave on our last morning. We would have liked a kettle in our room as the coffee machine only produced luke warm drinks.

This hotel's location was perfect for us. We wanted to explore local attractions and found we could easily walk to all of them. Staff were extremely helpful.

I do not like to eat in the room. I wish they have a breakfast room. The 1st floor room I stayed has a small window high up.

Location was great. It is just a block from the Main street restaurants and shops. The Parking behind the building was convenient. Kept old building charm but nicely renovated and decorated with Retro/Modern feel. The Big nice bathroom. Welcome drink. Friendly staff. The breakfast was deliver to room but food was tasty.

Parking and the staff didn’t know about other parking around after a long day I was made to go and park one level lower and I had to go back out.
