Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaInsufficient maid service for which I should have been informed. I had lots of wet diapers that could have been handled.
I am disabled and got around the Inn using a walker. It was a convenient location to meet my family for dinner. The hand-bar in the shower was very helpful.

United States of AmericaDinner is truly my only criticism. Everything else was super!
Breakfast was excellent but dinner was not. It was over $20 for one person to eat re-warmed shrimp and fish. We ended up eating the apple butter and biscuits for dinner.

United States of AmericaThe A/C in our room leaked pretty badly and we used it a good amount while we were there because it got really warm in our room. It didn’t really cause us any inconvenience though and the staff ensured us that they would take care of it immediately following our departure.
The food was delicious, the room was cozy and comfy, the staff were phenomenal, and the close proximity to the trails was very nice! My husband and I stayed at Turkey Run for a mini getaway/honeymoon and it was perfect!

United States of AmericaThe view from our 2nd floor room was two shingled roof tops and a large exhaust fan. The bed felt small, more like a standard full not a queen. TV was not full screen and had limited channels.
The food at the evening buffet was excellent. Best baked fish ever and the fried biscuits and apple butter were awesome. Furnishings were quite unique, good designs made with natural wood . Nature Center was excellent and informative. Keurig coffee maker in the room was very convenient. Bathroom was modern.

United States of AmericaOur room's carpet was filthy around the bed. I couldn't do my stretches that I do many times a day since the floor was so dirty. Time to get decent vacuums for your staff to use.

United States of AmericaBuffet meals were pricey - didn't know it was buffet style until going for a meal - first breakfast was made-to-order and good: plenty of food, reasonable price. Dinner was buffet only - too much money so we drove to Crawfordsville and ate at Cracker Barrel (two of us for the price of one buffet!). Next breakfast was buffet only, but didn't have the time to drive back to Cracker Barrel, so we just paid for it...
The gift shop had our needed items: sunscreen and a hat! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rain stayed away our first full day to allow for hiking paths that had to cross the creek multiple times - by our second day (after rain all night long) there was no way we could have made some of those trails!

United States of AmericaThe food on the buffet could have been fresher/warmer. It would have benefitted from more veggies. One member of our group described it as "a lot of brown carbohydrates".

United States of AmericaThe dinner buffet was really expensive, for a family of 4 our dinner buffet meal price was almost $120. Drinks should be included in that price, not in addition to the flat buffet costs. Perhaps giving people the option of menu items or buffet would help. My child's buffet meal should not have been $14, she can't eat that much. $14 should have been the adult price, with the kids price closer to $8. The pool ran out of towels because there were so many people there. The beds were too firm, made it hard to really get to sleep. Our window view was pretty much nothing but roof. it would have been nice to see the woods and wildlife. I thought the cost of renting the room was overpriced as well.
The indoor pool, the awesome 2nd floor balcony, all of the things the park offers, the cleanliness of the rooms, the recommendations booklet, wifi, the affordable souvenirs, these were all things we really enjoyed. I loved the bathroom faucet! Plenty of pillows on the bed.
