Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I have no complaints.
My family had 3 rooms. We ate breakfast and lunch in your restaurant and spent one lovely afternoon lounging near the pool and swimming. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The grounds are lovely.

Living area sofa & chair were very uncomfortable (hard). TV was super small for such a large suite.
Super big suite, friendly & helpful staff. Nice grounds. Good restaurant on site. Lots of parking.

Everything was perfect. Very nice
Big apartment, nice view, access to the pool. Very nice gym. Casino nearby. Smooth payment. Quick check-in and check-out. Very good free parking.

The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms are very large. We loved the little kitchen area and that there was a separate area for the toilet. We would stay here again!

Restaurant didn’t stay open very late.

The room was huge! The bed was comfortable. We did find a cockroach in the bathroom... We let the front desk know. Our toilet was also leaking something sticky. Besides that, everything else was clean.

We received an email previously with steps to pre check in, which we did. But then had to fill in the same details again during physical check in. Also, reception first mentioned there were no king bed room available (this was the room we booked) and then a few minutes later, changed their statement to actually there are two available.
Large room with lots of space, including a kitchen and work area. Clean and comfortable. Well worth the price we paid for a weekday stay. We would have happily stayed for longer.

The hours of room service.
I liked the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and privacy within buildings and units. Also loved the onsite parking and appreciated how close it was to our room.

It can't be helped because of the location that we wanted, but if you go to bed early for an early flight, you can hear traffic and airplane noise. That all faded after about 11pm.
We had an early morning flight, and the location was only 10 minutes from the airport. The room was large, a suite, including a kitchenette and small living room. Bed was comfortable, and it's only a couple stories, not a high rise. It's off the end of the strip, and more private.

When we arrived we found that there wasn't any shampoo and soap in the shower, but the cleaners did deliver new bottles by the 3rd day so I just had to use the sink soap in the mean time. It was a bit further from the strip than I thought about 0.8 of a mile so that was a long walk it's reflected in the price. I would definitely stay here again though.
Enormous rooms which were very clean. Relaxed atmosphere and a very comfortable bed. Great little casino and a choice of restaurants, Marilyn's was especially good for choice. It was good value for money I would definitely stay here again.

The executive room was big. Wished it has bigger size beds (queen size beds). The shower wasn't working properly. It had a leak on the shower head and wouldn't shut off. So the water was leaking all night. I told the person who worked there about the water leaking from shower head, hope they fix it. no microwave. it would have been nice to have a microwave in room, being a suite room.
Location is really good. About 2 blocks away from the strip. We walked to strip about 20 minutes walk. The Lady who checked us in was very friendly.

Pool has not enough chairs, too small for the amount of guests.
Very good value for your money, a bit of the strip, around a 15 min walk to the strip, 10 min to the Sphere, no resort fee!!! A bit laid back for vegas that made it nice for us, no rush, no “funny” people

I felt like the room could've been cleaned better and use a bit more updating. The toilet seat was up and there was mold in the bowl. There was a clump of hair on the soap holder in shower.
Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice. The room was large and very quiet. It was far from the pool though. I liked that it was off the strip but close enough to walk. Check in was fast and easy.
