All the staff members were very friendly. They took time to have conversations with my kids and really showed interest in our stay. The lady that checked us in went above and beyond by finding my name( which was incorrect via bookings.com) and making sure you got checked in. We were even able to check in early, which I appreciate with having very eager kids.

There seemed to be a few parties going on during our stay. Not where you could hear music or anything in the room, but the lobby and valet area were filled with people half dressed, even to a point were some lady exposed themselves in front of everyone outside to see. Kids were in the car, and we did not appreciate that. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.

I wish there were chairs on the balcony. Nice view but nowhere to sit. Not a lot of channels on the TV but that's me being picky haha.

The location was great and the rooms were spacious. We loved the separate living room and having a full kitchen. Staff was very polite and valet parking made life much easier. Walking distance to almost everything.

The only thing I didn’t like was the valet experience. They would often walk right past us while we were waiting to notify them that we needed our car. Then, eventually they would come and ask what we needed and then we’d have to wait 15 minutes just for us to get our car. It was absolutely insane. There was no sense of urgency at all. We had reservations and were late to our destination due to the valet service. Please either hire more valet staff or make them put some pep in their step to get people their cars in a timely manner.

I really enjoyed the excellent customer service from the check in to housekeeping. I needed new towels and hand towels and they got them to me promptly. I loved the fact that I could go out on the balcony and the room was extremely spacious.

I wish they had a larger trash can for the suites. We had someone come to our room to tell us it was time to check out but it wasn’t. It made us feel rushed to check out.

My only complaint would be that house keeping didn't come at all while we were there. We had to call each time we needed new towels and we just had a large trash bag piling up daily.

The hotel is in a great location. When we walked in the hotel smelled amazing and we were immediately greeted by the front desk. The room was exactly what I booked and had enough space for my family of 7 (4 adults 1 teen 2 kids). The bar downstairs serves great drinks. I also love that I was able to call valet for my car ahead of time instead of having to go down and wait outside while they got it.

The valet who we saw first was very rude. He gave poor instructions and acted as if we were annoying him when we asked questions. He brought us the luggage cart and kept saying he needed it back as soon as we were done. Then after I tipped him her tried to apologize and explain his attitude earlier. Also didn't like the coffee maker was molded and smelled horrible. The sofa was very uncomfortable, not about the pull out bed portion but the sofa itself was not at all inviting. There was no ice readily available and I called the front desk and they asked to bring the ice bucket down but there was no ice bucket.

The bed was amazing and the gentleman that checked us in on Friday night was great.
