Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of Americamy only complaint is that the bathroom exhaust fan was louder than a jet engine and probably needs replaced, so we used the AC to dehumidify the room instead which was fine for our short stay.
driving up to this old building, you don't expect a lot. what a wonderful surprise when you step in and feel like you're in a 5-star hotel! the staff was amazing and accommodating, the room was huge and everything looked and felt brand new! the town is quaint and there seem to be great food and shopping options on the same block, although we didn't have time to experience them (and most were closed on sunday). it also surprised me that such a small property has SIX tesla destination chargers. I've seen gigantic hotels (like Venetian Las Vegas) with only one or two.

United States of AmericaWe missed having a chair in the room; however, you did a great job using the space that was available.
There was not a breakfast at hotel. The breakfast at diner next door was okay. The location was great!

United States of AmericaOur room was very nice, completely updated and quiet. We had a change in our travel plans and the front desk staff was very easy to work with when we approached them about staying just 1 night instead of 2.

United States of AmericaOld hotel upgraded by new owners. All new floors, fixtures, and furnishings. Very nice, welcoming staff. Quiet at night, located downtown with various historic shops and businesses. Well located to Bryce and Zion. Great restaurants within walking distance. This is not a four-star hotel with all the spa/pool/room service amenities - where we usually stayed - but I have to stress it is very comfortable, clean and welcoming for a great rate. We're staying at more refurbished/updated small independent hotels and motels; the owners deserve our support for recycling older buildings instead of tearing down and building new. We fully recommend Two Sunsets Hotel; Check it out!

United States of AmericaStaying in Two Sunsets Hotel was an extra bonus on our trip to Utah. The hotel is totally remodeled so everything is new, clean, and good quality. I love the beds. The mattresses are new and very supportive, and I had a wonderful sleep. I have a bad back so I appreciated this very much. It was a unique and comfortable stay in a spacious room in a renovated hotel in the heart of the historic center of Panguitch. We were initially captivated by the small Western town atmosphere and surprised to find a number of high-quality eating establishments within steps. My husband and I were especially enthralled with the historic Gem Theater (across the street), where we could not only enjoy first run movies at an affordable price, but also homemade ice cream and chocolates made on site (the dark chocolate quinoa crunch bars and passion fruit truffles are to-die-for). Highly recommended for those looking for a step back in time, something different but comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable owner and manager (go Miranda!), and a great location and unique gateway to explore the nearby world-class National Parks.

CanadaHotel went through major reno. Result of this was reduced size of units. The units are so tiny, two people cannot pass each other when walking in different directions. Only good and spacious area is in the bathroom. There was not enough space to open our suitcase anywhere but on the bed. Bed itself is not comfy - they use some new materials in matress and covers that reflect warmth of your body back. Maybe good if you are camping in a tent, but too hot for a hotel bed. Units are new, but seiling fan is screaching and cannot be stopped - there is no such option in the fan control unit.

United States of AmericaDuring check-out, we left one of the bags by mistake. We called the hotel at 8am and then 12pm, left messages. A woman called us at 7pm with “I had a missed call”. Of course by then our room was already cleaned and the bad thrown out. VERY DISAPPOINTING. No service. It is a service industry - if you cannot service then you should not be in this business.
It was clean, althoug the room was small.
