Trash Bags were left out in hallway. No breakfast. Door didn’t lock properly. Paint on doors were chipped and other small things that looked like they needed freshened up.

Room smelled smoky which is probably why it was left open when I checked it. There was hair in the shower that was not mine. The door jam/lock was not functioning properly. I needed help both times to get into my room. I had issues with the door key. The room was outdated. Paint chipping, mirror and cabinet pulls were rusted.

Bed was comfortable. They had a mini convience store for snacks if needed. It was conveniently located. The staff was very pleasant And helpful.

I liked the staff’s kindness. Elevator floors were dirty. The room was suppose to be non smoking but the smell of smoke was strong in the room. Bed sheets weren’t clean. I saw small brown dots on sheets. The phone in room wasn’t working. Someone had to come up and show us how to use the tv remote. The staff immediately took care of issue with tv. Checking in and out was very easy. The kindness of the staff is what helped with my disappointment. Hotel just seemed old. I was expecting a more up to date hotel based off online photos.

The afternoon receptionist couldn't get her face out of her phone during check-in. The shower curtain was way too short. The TV volume was too low, had to sit right next to hear.

No breakfast was offered. I liked all the amenities in the room.

The disabled room we requested two nights before and confirmed as available was not available when we arrived. The room only had a tub which my wife couldn’t use to get clean after our 8 hour drive on our way home after her having knee replacement surgery, which is why our hotel stays HAD to have at least a walk in shower. She waited until we got home and showered 8 hours later.staff did try to find a shower chair for her to use but couldn’t find one. We ere vey disappointed after 40 minutes out of our way to a hotel with disabled access.

Friendly Receptionist. She tried numerous times to call to let us know the room we ordered wasn’t available but our phone was on silent.

Where do I even start. Let's go down the list. Don't let the pictures on the website fool you. It fooled us. This is a pet friendly hotel which means horrible smell throughout. Even worse smell in the rooms. Then they try to cover it up with scented powder which made it worse. Carpet was frayed by overuse and stains. Counters had permanent stains on them. The back entrance door to get inside was insecure. Just didn't feel safe. Let's just say my wife said she will not stay the night. We didn't even unpack and got a room across the highway.Of the hundreds of hotels the wife and I have stayed in sorry to say this was the worst.

Good location was the only thing going for it.

We had to move rooms b/c it smelled so awful of weed. There were stains on the carpet. The rooms were so dirty. Hairs in the bathroom. Sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Lettuce left in fridge from previous guest. Two gentlemen working this morning couldn’t be bothered to get up out of their seats to get a towel. Also, there was a high pitched noise in the lobby that no one seemed to care about. We asked the two guys there this morning what it was and they said, “We’re trying to figure it out too.” But neither of them got up to see what was wrong. There was no sense of urgency and no hospitality.

Location was terrible. Burned out restaurant in front of hotel should have been our first clue.
