Tv didn't work. It wouldn't be so bad if we had a option to hook devices up to the tv but you don't have that option. The heat and Ac unit look liked if I touched it. I would be electrocuted no knobs or covering for unit

The staff was not friendly during check in or check out. The beds were comfortable but flat pillows. The ceiling was falling and there were holes in the wall. I couldn't adjust the temperature on the AC because knobs weren't there. They also kept my deposit because I wasn't able to wait until 11 to collect.

The mattresses slid every time we tried to sit/lay down because it was on a slick platform with nothing to keep them from moving. Housekeeping came by knocking on the door before it was even checkout time.

They tried to put me in a room that had a broken window and the back of the toilet was missing. Then thought they were gonna put me in a room with double beds. I told them that's not wat I wanted mind you I booked and paid in advance on booking. Then they said they had a room but I would have had to pay a deposit I told them I wasn't giving them anymore money. He told me those are my only three options were to stay in that room because he never had anybody complain about it, take a double bed or pay deposit for the similar room. I called booking customer care and informed them wat was going on my wife called me 30 mins later saying that the guy changed the room and it still ended up being a non smoking when I paid for a smoking.

A week stay and you have to ask at the front desk for more toilet paper when you're running out, they don't provide fresh towels, the sheets were stained, they make you chase down a maid-staff for coffee stuffs daily for your room. The shower walls were not clean. The receptionist/owners are rude, disrespectful, and threatening.

The room came with an apartment siz3 fridge. Spacious.

Office door was locked when I arrived; had to call the number (luckily I had saved it) to get someone to show up to check me in. When asked about the WiFi password, was informed the WiFi was down and wouldn't be available during my stay. When checking out, office was STILL locked.

the property was well kept for the most part. It was very quiet as well.

I liked that it was truly non-smoking and the room smelled smoke free. I also liked that there wasn’t carpet flooring which to me is cleaner but unfortunately the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and so I wasn’t confident in it being sanitized either. The decor theme was nice and felt updated which was a plus. There was no service after check in and I was not happy with the security of my room’s door and lock. However, I had no security issues during my stay.

The first room was a dump. The replacement room had a leak in the sink drain, and the shower had to be fixed.

Asked for king bed . Tried two different rooms . Both were Queen size . Food was left in cabinets and from prior tenants . Bathtub and sink both took forever to drain . No trash can to put trash in . We had stayed here a few times before and it was ok . Place is not well kept any longer .

Upstairs, no elevator, several days of sounds like a young girl moaning all hours of day & night. We tried to tell the manager, but he & staff just laughed at us. Won't go back!

Hole in the wall of the tub. 2 tiles were cut out in a square. Wall be hind was cut too. Not sure what’s up with that. Could have been cleaner!! Parking lot needed cleaning!!!

Nice staff, we left something behind they called and save it for a week. Nice beds , good value for the price . I have stayed here like 4 times. I feel safe here but not the best neighborhood!!!

There are a lot of hotels clustered around 69 and 323. It's convenient to get to most places in Tyler but not the best neighborhood. It took a while to fix issues with the room, manager tried to help but seemed overwhelmed. Hotel office closed.

Convenient access from area, AC worked well. Staff did try to help us, eventually.
