This place is amazing! (And even more beautiful in real than what we expected from the pictures...) Location is incredible, tents are super comfortable and cosy, staff is adorable. Choosing to book another hotel in this area would be a huge mistake... ;-)

The shower didn’t have constant water flow and I had to go and change my portable chargers.

Shower had a bunch of hair in the drain, visible. We also booked a kids tent which I would not do again because it was cold and they were too scared to stay on their own which meant that the kid tent became a kid/adult tent.

Unique experience with amazing views, comfortable beds and great service. The staff was great and they offered a good amount of food options.

We had problem with our BOAT reservation for the next day (which we didn't book via UNDER CANVAS), and the staff helped and supported us a lot! But other than that as in ZION park everything is amazing, feeling being in the nature of the location and with all the comfort needed.

How hot it was. Maybe larger fans or larger Battery packs for power(Even though the water mist was great, but you can't use it at night or morning). The cost was a tiny bit more than I would think.

I loved the Water mist by the tents and the fact there is a restraunt nearby, even though it's not open all day. Having Shower and a toilet are nice too! The help from the staff to haul luggage back and forth and to bring you anything needed. The view was also great!

Nothing comes to mind - the place and staff were perfect!

First, the professional cappuccinos started the our wheels rolling, then the yogurt, fruit and granola hit that empty spot. And, of course, another delicious capp. This was shortly after our sunrise hike through the 'private' desert slot canyon directly below the complex.

We never found the easy, accessible path down to there canyon. We were told where it was, we just didn’t locate it. It was 100 degrees and we gave up.

The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, nicely located to everything. There was enough space between tents, definitely private.

Only the price may not appeal because it is high. However, considering everything, the conditions of complexity and the fact that you are in the desert, it is as if you can't be angry at the price because it pays off.

I enjoyed that feeling of freedom while living in the desert under the open sky. The sky is so low, it looks like the stars can be picked by hand. I enjoyed marshmallows baked by the bonfire in the evening (by the way, the hotel served them), I liked the people who visited there and met us, they are really different from those who choose to live in a traditional hotel, they are free. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and watching the most beautiful sunshine I have seen in life, the sun is so great and it is so close to us. An acoustic live guitar concert was played in the evening. It was downright more than amazing. Thanks to Under Canvas for an unforgettable experience and a full heart.
