The bedrooms were spacious with closets and drawers so great for week long stays. Both bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and necessities. The kitchen was also stocked with the items you needed for a long term stay.

I had to take a cold shower my 1st night I wasn’t aware that we all had to space out the shower time for everyone to get hot water. The tub could have been redone it looked bad.

The loft was beautiful. Very spacious loved that I was able to cook saved me a lot of money. Multiple bathrooms

Wi-Fi wasn’t available on arrival, no remote control and no shower gel in the bathroom.

Didn’t have the right amount of blankets and towels the first night but it was corrected for the second. Didn’t like that we couldn’t control our own heating/ac units.

More bath towels would be nice; there were no wash clothes.

I liked that it was a secure building and apartment. I liked that the apartment had a secure code to get into the apartment. I liked that it was a repurposed building. The apartment was close to U Penn. We easily walked to campus. I liked free parking on the street. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water. I liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

The only problem was that we never got the fob to let us into the building so every time we had to get the receptionist to let us in and explain that we were with Sosuites and they ran out of fobs

the bathrooms needed more racks for towels, soap dispenser in the Shower were gone. Parking was terrible, and I don't recall being told if was off-street parking only in a residential area

For senior citizens like myself the front steps were challenging carrying luggage. And the stairs to the loft were daunting, especially during the night. The lofts would be great for younger, more fit guests. I did not know about the key fob for the front door - was curious as to what it was. Did not need it until summer school move-in started and the front doors were locked.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was clean and provided a teapot! The staff at the front desk were always helpful and friendly.

We could have used more k-cups for the coffee maker!

We selected the property because of its proximity to family and activities in the neighborhood.The historic importance of the property was a bonus. The layout of the loft area was slightly inconvenient but workable and the bed was very comfortable. The residents and property employees were all very friendly and helpful and it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. An issue with our coffeemaker was quickly resolved.

i had major struggles trying to access the unit. multiple phone calls with staff, being given different codes to try. the issue ultimately turned out to be that the door handles go up instead of down. why sosuite would affix their handles backwards or why they wouldn’t just disclose this information upfront to avoid guest impact, is a mystery (it was a staff member who eventually told me this, and all i could think was, why didn’t they just tell me that in the beginning?!) also, the unit is advertised as having laundry. apparently they meant a laundry room somewhere within the building and not the unit itself, but that was an unfortunate discovery i made late on the last night of my stay. i think most travelers are expecting in-unit laundry when laundry facilities are advertised…again, it would behoove sosuite to make these details transparent to travelers.

this was a beautiful, spacious loft within a historic former school building. the building itself was quirky and charming, and the loft felt both cozy and spacious for a solo traveler.

The unit had just what you needed but nothing extra - no extra towels, minimal cookware, no instructions for unit (written or emailed or messaged) other than the key code.

The location isn’t close to restaurants, stores or attractions. Uber was necessary or plan to walk a mile.
