Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Shower pressure was not the best. Finding a parking spot proved to be difficult as well.
Our room was nice and cold and in a good location! Hot tub and bar we also great! Also thank you for the available beach chairs!

The couch not comfortable
Staff and all very accommodating, made it a very enjoyable stay. Enjoyed having live music at the bar downstairs every night. Has a nice variety of food on the menu so you don't have to go out if you are wanting to stay in. Would recommend this place and stay here again.

If you are a person that goes to bed by 10 probably not your place to stay. Me and my friends came to have a good time so the noise from the bar didn’t bother us because we were part of the crowd downstairs.
Great atmosphere if you like a adult only have a good time atmosphere.

This was not a quiet experience - people are usually partying well into the night and you can hear everything. I think that's part of the appeal of this hotel but just a heads up.

People were smoking in the pool and flicking their ashes into the pool. Never had our room clean until the last night we were there.
Location was the best. Bed was comfortable, loved the hottub. Bar staff was great

The hotel is updating slowly but surely. The deck all around feels unsafe, shaky at times.
The bar and restaurant food was yummy. The staff was amazing, the beach is 1/2 block away. They provided a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. This hotel has all amenities you need.

Rooms were kind of expensive to be as dated/small as it was. But it was also spring break, so everything was ridiculously priced.
Loved the fact its 21 and up. No kids!! Had a drag show tht was a lot of fun (first one) and food/drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Loved the hot tub/pool areas

TV remote would not work. Staff did all they could..replaced TV and remote... just may have been reception issue. Room had little space in bathroom for personal item.s. and little hanging room for clothing. Otherwise very nice.
How convenient it was to get to beach and other food and drink establishments. And how wonderful the entire staff was. Kudos to owner for her hiring of quality people. And the pool, hot tub and bar were fantastic. Very clean and perfect!

Unfortunately both of our beds were saggy mine was outright broken, and the toilet seat was broken and never stayed on the toilet

Shower head was loose.
Comfortable room and great access to balcony. Very close to the beach, within walking distance. Pet Friendly. On site bar is a very good selling point. Happy hour was excellent.

If they only had 4 check ins. Why put me in a room next to kitchen? And in front of ice machine that I could here that being used all the time. I was also hearing a dog barking alot ! The Grill was next to me also and it reeked of fried food in my room! Bar tender was rude and last nite there .I left to another location because she never waited on me after bring ignored for 20 mins? There was not a large crowd only about 5 people there. ?

The bartenders were not as friendly to us as they were to the locals. it almost felt like we were intruding on a private party and bothering them.
The property was great! Location super close to the beach and clean! Just wish they were more inclusive at the bar to guests that are not locals.
