completely overpriced due to the University events! If you want to upcharge and take advantage of the students and their parents you better make sure EVERYTHING is amazing! THere is no night in the rooms, just very small lamps which leaves the rooms very dark, the white/sheer curtains were stained with brownish reddish huge stains, which is gross! And the complimentary breakfast was not good. I paid over $800 for 2 nights!! Everything should have been excellent, and it wasn't.

Only one elevator working and stairs only went out of the building so climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator wasn’t an option

no towels. over 45+minutes on hold and ignored both times and still was s problem when I went to the desk

The door to our room was already open when we arrived. we checked the room immediately upon entering. seemed fine but there was only one full size towel. it was as close to the pool as possible which I requested. upon arrival i was worried it was too close and would be too noisy at bed time but it was not an issue. however despite numerous requests there were no towels at the pool either. after 90 minutes someone arrived with more pool towels and we never did get more room towels. they were fully hooked for the eclipse &were obviously short linens at the last minute bookings. It's one of the most beautiful chain non resort hotels I've even been in. it was clean and the breakfast was better than expected although the lay out was clunky but it wasn't very congested despite all the guests.

They are trying very hard to improve the property but they are not finishing carpenters.

The walls are scuffed, the bathroom wall had a large bare spot with no paint where a picture had once hung, the bathroom door was splattered and dirty. I was given an ADA compliant room with a low bathroom sink even though the hotel was nearly empty.

Hot water worked for 2 minutes then got cold. Deadbolt was missing. Elevator was broke. The one that did work took forever. No microwave. No dressers. Stairs were outside. When neighbors closed their doors the whole room shook. Paper then door and walls can hear all the outside noise

The room was very worn in appearance- there was some type of caulk on the ceiling to cover up something, tiles were broken and hair on floors. The room needs to be gutted and updated. Walls were rough and had an appearance of damage that was poorly repaired. Breakfast coffee was lukewarm. I didn't try anything else as the concern is that if the coffee isn't the correct temp then food probably isn't either.

Bathroom wall was damaged in multiple spots, shower stall had no place to set soap or other toiletries.

Breakfast was better than expected for a weekday stay. Staff was very friendly.

Pool was closed and wasn't informed at booking. Was having a kids sleepover and no pool kind of disappointing but everything else was great!

We understood that it was under renovation, but the Elevator was down and made the waits long. Also, the pool was horrible. You couldn’t see the first step it was so foggy.

I thought the breakfast was not very good. The quality of the food was poor. Biscuits and gravy and a very odd type of fried egg. I ate the packaged yogurt. This really needs improvement. It seemed like an afterthought. Sorry but it was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

I stayed at this property almost a year ago and you are still in a soft opening. There were many things in the room that were broken and not aesthetically pleasing. Like chipping walls and dirty curtains. The bed was very uncomfortable

The breakfast was terrible. The bar in the beautiful atrium was never open even though we were there on a weekend. The walls in our bathroom were warped. Front desk person was very unfriendly

The hotel is under renovation (not sure how long it's been this way or will continue to be this way), so we expected some degree of issues. But I feel like they are barely able to legitimately charge people to stay there given the condition of the rooms (holes in bathroom, dirty stained couch, rattling ac fan, one elevator on its last legs serving the whole building).

Front desk guy was nice and accommodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very humid as soon as we entered. Room was set on heat so hot for a while. No place for toilet paper. Can’t tell is room is renovated or not. Room looked ok, but missing things like a toilet paper holder. Hit breakfast was cold.
