The bar/restaurant was not open not aware of that didn't get the room we reserved the convenient goods section was a joke the room had wallpaper peeling and you could see the plumbing lines running all across the bathroom the ac didn't work properly 1 elevator didn't work computer didn't work renovations done to room are janky and falling apart

the elevators are slow but it didn't really bother me that much. Pool was cold🥶 I am a smoker and it is inconvenient to go out any other door but the front doors and get back in

I enjoy the breakfast I just wish there was more choices besides coffee and orange juice to drink. Room was good staff was good.

My parking lot experience was due to someone who parked like an ass and I was in the middle of my spot. I barely got in my car door because of this person. Their front drivers tire was in my spot. I backed into my spot with no one on either side.

The location was great ans close to where my daughter lives. As well as close to the college for graduation

completely overpriced due to the University events! If you want to upcharge and take advantage of the students and their parents you better make sure EVERYTHING is amazing! THere is no night in the rooms, just very small lamps which leaves the rooms very dark, the white/sheer curtains were stained with brownish reddish huge stains, which is gross! And the complimentary breakfast was not good. I paid over $800 for 2 nights!! Everything should have been excellent, and it wasn't.

no towels. over 45+minutes on hold and ignored both times and still was s problem when I went to the desk

The door to our room was already open when we arrived. we checked the room immediately upon entering. seemed fine but there was only one full size towel. it was as close to the pool as possible which I requested. upon arrival i was worried it was too close and would be too noisy at bed time but it was not an issue. however despite numerous requests there were no towels at the pool either. after 90 minutes someone arrived with more pool towels and we never did get more room towels. they were fully hooked for the eclipse &were obviously short linens at the last minute bookings. It's one of the most beautiful chain non resort hotels I've even been in. it was clean and the breakfast was better than expected although the lay out was clunky but it wasn't very congested despite all the guests.

The walls are scuffed, the bathroom wall had a large bare spot with no paint where a picture had once hung, the bathroom door was splattered and dirty. I was given an ADA compliant room with a low bathroom sink even though the hotel was nearly empty.

Hot water worked for 2 minutes then got cold. Deadbolt was missing. Elevator was broke. The one that did work took forever. No microwave. No dressers. Stairs were outside. When neighbors closed their doors the whole room shook. Paper then door and walls can hear all the outside noise

The room was very worn in appearance- there was some type of caulk on the ceiling to cover up something, tiles were broken and hair on floors. The room needs to be gutted and updated. Walls were rough and had an appearance of damage that was poorly repaired. Breakfast coffee was lukewarm. I didn't try anything else as the concern is that if the coffee isn't the correct temp then food probably isn't either.

I thought the breakfast was not very good. The quality of the food was poor. Biscuits and gravy and a very odd type of fried egg. I ate the packaged yogurt. This really needs improvement. It seemed like an afterthought. Sorry but it was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
