Noisy due to the busy street.

Nice and modern hotel. Very friendly staff. When we arrived we got a glass of cava which was highly appreciated. Free bike rent was a surplus. The room was rather small so I recommend to take one with a balcony. Some good restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Ocean drive.

The pool amenity. The smell of it and the look of the water is really bad. Not too sure how people are swimming in there.

Checking-in went smoothly. The staff were very accommodating on keeping our luggages since we came too early before check-in time. Martin was very helpful and welcoming.

No lobby where you can actually chill, no pool

The room was very pretty, especially the balcony. Bed was BIG and comfy we loved it a lot. Really close to the beach, free chairs at the beach, towels and bicycles were a nice bonus. Staff was helpful

Could have been slightly cleaner in the details but on the whole it was ok. Valet was pricey but that may just be Miami.

Wow ! The hotel is in a great location and with valet parking. Martin on reception was fantastic ! The rooms are clean and really big, the bed super comfy ! Only two blocks from Ocean Drive this hotel is fantastic value for money

Great venue at South Beach, centrally located close to the beach and Ocean Drive, comfortable, clean, great restaurant in the hotel. Employees Dylan & Cruz provided for great hospitality!

Room cleaning is not done properly: the bedside tables were never dusted, the shower was not cleaned daily. The floors are not washed well. For this reason, it would be useful to provide disposable slippers. The bed sheets were changed only after request after 3 days (stay 8 nights). Wifi was working poorly. The biggest thing missing from the room for me is a real wardrobe that holds the suitcases and their contents, keeping the room tidy. In our room there was space to put it but they prefer open shelves.

This was our second stay at Urbanica Hotels in Miami Beach. We were happy this year too, the room was big and high floor. Comfortable shower. We appreciate daily replenishment for the Espresso machine, the Americano coffee at the entrance, the beach towels supply and the sunbeds at Estebans place. The position of the hotel is perfect, 5 mins from the beach, 5 min from shops were you can find everything, 5 min from nice bars and restaurants. Staff is always kind and helpful. Despite some minor issues, we would come back!

Lots of noises, rooms are very small. don’t offer breakfast nor have a bar inside the location. They do have a beach but you need to pay if you want to rent an umbrella.

I went in knowing, but valet parking is $50. That’s pretty much the average pricing in Miami Beach anyway.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and shower were huge and very comfortable. The king room was more than spacious for a couple. In room coffee is always great.

Our toilette was contiuously leaking and it was noisy. The steak house downstairs was quite noisy as well, fortunately only until around 11-12 pm.

It is in a perfect location, nice building, spacious room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Would like earlier check in time than 3pm. Post pandemic it’s usually a sign that they don’t have enough cleaning staff.
