MAID SERVICE, VERY POOR. SHE SPILLED ALL OF MY PILLS AND DID NOT PICK THEM ALL UP , MANY WERE MISSING. SHE DID NOT KEEP UP WITH SUPPLIES, SUCH AS TOILET PAPER AND SHAMPOO , TOWELLS . SHE DID NOT TELL ME THAT SHE SPILLED THE PILLS AS I WAS IN THE NEXT ROOM.

Location was spectacular … 1/2 block from Bourbon Street, 1/2 block from a corner store, within walking distance of most of what we wanted to see, and yet super quiet at night because our room faced the courtyard.

The pillows sucked, and the air conditioning unit was finicky. The price was too high for such a small and old room, especially given how empty New Orleans was post-Mardi Gras

No elevator. No parking. Extremely noisy, could hear everything in adjoining rooms and in courtyard. Walls are very thin. No fridge. Bathroom very small and shower compact. Ran out of hot water on last day and room only serviced 3 times in 7 days, but staff did provide what we needed with clean towels. The area is close to Bourbon Street so expect a lot of noise during celebration times!!!

Great location in French Quarter. Close to walking to most places. Large room and bed very large and comfortable . Good coffee machine and unlimited coffee and bottled water. Easy to keep warm. The staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely building. Ideal for Mardi Gras party goers. Plenty of bars and little cafes in the area and a launderette very close by run by a lovely lady. Check in easy. We were on ground floor with lots of luggage so that was handy.

Floors were dirty, shower was tiny and curtain had to be just right or it would flood, but super cute patio and room set up.

Walk was about 15-20 min to Jackson Square and a few blocks from Bourbon St. Staff was 100% accommodating and available when needed.

Loved the location, very close to most of the activity, but still in a quieter area. The room size was perfect for what we needed. The staff up front were very nice.

The hotel is very plain. No pictures on the walls etc. The courtyard is small. Guest seemed to use it to party way past midnight didn't get much sleep. We had requested a bottom floor coz my friend had issues climbing stairs.

We stayed in a out front room this time… and the doors didn’t close completely. There are 2 rooms that connect straight for eh street… and we stayed in the 1st one! The doors not closing all the way, created an air gap, which didn’t help when trying to keep the room cool! And it also allows so much noise to come through the door… so we didn’t sleep very well.

The location of this property has to be the best feature!!!

very neat property. It was so unique the way the rooms entrances are which really showed the building’s history. The rooms are cozy but so clean and comfortable

The step in the bathroom from the sink to the toilet/ shower. A red tape mark should be added. I fell then put the garbage can right on the step to delimit it.

Paul and Greg at the reception were very nice and kind. The location of the Inn is great, close to everything we wanted to go and see.
