There’s a lot of potential in this place. it’s basically a trap that’s been converted into a party Motel. The lighting was absolutely horrible and there was very little of it. Air conditioner was a window unit, and it was very loud, which seems a little dated for someplace that much money invested in it. The systems were down and somehow that meant that Wi-Fi was down and the TV didn’t work. The pool was cool but no one was there so I didn’t really check it out. Probably won’t be staying there again. The staff was lovely.

Couldn't check in until 4pm. Charged for earlier check in. Internet outage throughout the entire property, which also meant the Roku TV didn’t work and that was the only in-room entertainment option. Pool bar closed at 4pm.

The pool bar was open for a very short period.....that was a miss on the hotels part. Everyone brought in Trader Joe food & drinks.

The pool are was clean & towels provided. Parking was easy. We did have some concern over the recent reviews that were m\not complimentary at all. The staff gave us the option of cancellation.

There were 3 dead roaches, two inside on in the patio. What do you expect, it’s the desert !

We live the pool, not so many people so we can really enjoy. Mountain views are insane. Close to a coffee shop, breakfast place, ice cream place and a botanical garden.

The room floor in building 4 wasn’t carpet, it was an unexpected fabric that was kind of like a placemat or something. It felt greasy and unclean.

Loud. Music was playing late into the night. Even though there was no one in the pool area. Never enough towels in pool area. Had to request towels multiple times during our stay. Others had to as well.

The security and cleaning staff were not the friendliest. My wife and I took the kids to the pool. We were the only ones there and we were kicked out by security because they said this was the adult pool. No one else was around and we were kicked out. We went over to the “family” pool which we didn’t even know there was one and the hot tub was broken. People were drinking and the music was like a party. I don’t know why we couldn’t have just stayed where we were. The “family” pool was much more party like. Then when I took my kids to the restroom the lady cleaning the bathroom looked at me with disgust cause we were wet from the pool. I don’t get it. This was all around 8:30-9:30pm

It had a strange smell, and the floors were concrete so it was kind of cold, but I'm sure during summer that's good. I didn't like the shower, it was a handicapped one, which is fine, but water went all over and it was just a mess. And not sure how I felt about using my accounts to watch tv, and no phones. It just wasn't what we were used to. But we survived and it was acceptable, probably great for a younger crowd!

It wasn't quite what we expected, but it was clean and big. We were only there for one night, so it was good.

Proximity to main road. Broken/Cold jacuzzi. Showerhead leaky, water waster, and too powerful. No Do Not Disturb sign. Gigi's restaurant was noisy until 10:00 on Friday and Saturday.

The AC filter had not been maintained so it did not work. Not huge as it is winter but still all it needed was the filter cleaned hopefully they get to this oversite. The main issue was that the pool bar was closed all Friday and Saturday. We would have spent far more time and money at the V as the pool was very nice but the lack of a bar and snacks made it necessary to leave.

Comfortable clean and stylish relatively close to the downtown area but still a short drive but the pricing is a little less than closer equivalents so still a good value. We needed more soap and that issue was quickly resolved.

IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF THESE HOTELS COULD RETURN THE BS SECURITY DEPOSITS AS FAST AS THEY TAKE THEM. THE WHOLE ITS THE BANKS FAULT STORY IS COMPLETE NONSENSE. I HAVE SEEN HOW FAST THEY CAN ACTUALLY GET FUNDS BACK TO THE BANK ACCOUNT. TOOK LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. ITS A BIG NEGATIVE ABOUT STAYING ANYWHERE. DAYS EVEN WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK IS THE BIGGEST REASON FOR WHY I DONT TRAVEL MORE THAN I DO NOW. SAME REASON A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO I KNOW DONT TRAVEL MUCH.

A noise in our room came down from the water pipes, and falling asleep wasn't easy. The hotel staff offered to move us to another room, but it was late, and we were too tired to move, so we decided to fall asleep using our earplugs. The guests were noisy. It's a budget hotel with no carpets on the floors, and when we entered the room, there was a strong smell of bleach.

The property is in a good location, a little more than a mile from downtown Palm Springs. The staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and using Jacuzzi. The water was warm, and there were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also big, comfy cabanas available that fit two people. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit around the pool area at night.
