Location, room, pool & jacuzzi open til 11pm! It was a three room efficiency, full fridge, cook top, fireplace & small porch!!!

The check in seemed awfully slow for reserving a room online in advance online. When we were given a room they tried to give us bottom floor while they had lots of upper level ones open and had to switch rooms right off the bat. I think calling ahead would be the way to go. Maybe they do that to save on heat off season. Could use a cordless shower head. It would probably save them money and you can shower more easily.

We tried this place out for just one day to see what it would be like. The room was very spacious for the price. This place must very popular and hard to book during the summer. It was surprising it even had two TVs in the room we stayed in. Loved the gas fireplace and big refrigerator and the balcony. Unbeatable for the value. This will be our go to getaway place from now on for this area.

The location is a little far from I90, making the drive to/from Boston a bit tedious. Although the rooms are clean, they are a bit outdated.

This is the third time I have stayed at this resort. It has become our favorite place to stay in the Berkshires. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and the price is better than most hotels (when you add in the cost of eating most of your meals in restaurants).

The bed was definitely not queen size (but not a deal breaker for us) and a bit too firm. Furniture is warn, could use some freshening up. Finding the check in building was a bit confusing - need clear signs! However, none of this will stop us from coming back!

Check in was fast and pleasant. Area is quiet, room was spacious, kitchenette was a huge plus! More like a small apartment than a hotel room! Coffee available all day in the lobby, internet was fast and reliable. Fireplace in living room was nice although we didn't have time to use it.

From the bedroom you can hear right through the walls, woke up to the neighbors snoring. Kids running and screaming up and down the hallway. Also the shower was very small and slippery but overall we had a great time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!! The rooms are very cozy! Great location! Was perfect for our weekend getaway! Perfect for a little R & R

Even though the units are very clean and well maintained, the bathroom showers/tubs could benefit from being recalked.

We've stayed here several times. The property has been maintained well over the years. The units are always very clean. The free coffee/tea at the club house is a nice touch.

The bed was definitely smaller than a queen and wasn’t comfortable at all which was a shame!

Great pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The suite was spacious and I loved the fireplace and balcony. Everyone was very friendly and the location is so cozy and peaceful.

Basic Streaming channels on tv would have been great. Could not get dvd player to work. Thanks for blender...would have used oven if there.

I did not know there was breakfast..wish I had. We love the pool and hottub and homey feel of the apt...so much nicer than a hotel room. Great location for going any direction in the Berkshires or Adirondacks.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed probably due to thin mattress. Had to layer blankets on top to avoid feeling springs etc. Inside shower handle was missing so difficult to exit shower. Water pressure wasn’t great. Would be nice to have coffee packets and bath soap and shampoo w/o asking for them. Unit door doesn’t fit well in door jam.

Staff very helpful re upgrade, supplies and late checkout. Pretty quiet. Spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice they supplied paper towel and tissues.

The hallways of the buildings were rather dingy and didn't feel very secure. They were also very cold.

The room was nicely planned out, with lots of space to relax and amenities. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. Although I didn't get to use the other facilities, they were very inviting (pool, movie theater)

The lighting in the bathroom was not quite bright enough. The mattress caved in. So that was a bit uncomfortable.
