Overall, the property was good. Nothing I didn't like about it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property grounds inside and out were clean. Location is close to shopping malls, grocery stores, and interstate.

The resort could not find our reservations, booking kept saying it was the resort, the resort kept saying it was booking.coms fault. We had to pay for a night and then got reimbursed. Wasted 3 hrs, over 2 days, to get it settled, To much time wasted. Nobody wanted to take the blame, Resort fees were suppose to be included, was charged $60 extra for fees. 😡. Not a good start to our vacation.

The lobby of the front desk/check-in area was stark and unattractive.

Beautiful walking paths, pools looked lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was spacious. It was a nice place to stay for 3 weeks while recovering from surgery.

The pipes running through the bathroom in my suite were very loud. They made a loud whistling noise every few minutes. That was the only bad thing.

....but you can never get front desk to answer. Especially in morning to tell checkout. We left as it rang, rang and rang. Annoying

Gym was not in same building and it is in a far away building , couln't use any resort facility because of that. Better a gym in reachable/walkable distance to every building, and keep in mind, not every resident will be having car.

I don't like the pillows. They are very uncomfortable.

I love the Jacuzzi in the room. After a long day you can relax. I love the size of the rooms. I love the beds they are comfortable. I also love the location.

The only suggestion that I would have would be to change the TVs to smart TVs so that people could use their streaming services.

The location is very accessible to Orlando activities. The room was very clean and very well equipped. i also liked the pools and jacuzzis that are well maintained. We'll definitely come back.

We had to get two seperate units in order to have a two bedroom unit. We were not allowed a late check out. I asked 3 different times but they were firm on the no late check out.

The price is fair. The property and unit are clean.

The front desk clerk wasn't friendly at all,he was efficient and got the job done ,just wasn't the friendly face you expect

I loved the veiw I asked to be on high floor and I got that and the price was definitely worth it.

Thought the building was a bit difficult to find. Also, we checked in late and we received directions to the building but did not realize there was an elevator so the first night we climbed 6 flights of stairs. The elevator was actually at the complete opposite end of the building :( We did not have time for any of the amenities, such as the pools or activities, so cannot speak to those features. There are multiple buildings on the property but it seemed as though everyone was at the same one; parking was a bit tight the second night we stayed. Would definitely stay again if in the area, and hopefully for a longer period of time so that we could enjoy some of the amenities.

Room was clean, lots of space; well stocked; I was under the impression that we were getting a large room, but in fact we got 2 separate rooms, a 'lockoff' as it was called; you entered the room from the hallway and then there was an A door and a B door; the A side had a living area, bathroom, king size bed in bedroom and then a pull out sofa; the B side had the same layout other than it was a queen size bed; it was very roomy and it was fine for us, but those with young children may not want the separation. It was easy to get to/from the resort.

At checking, staff was having personal conversations. One of the guys at the reception was talking about picking his nose… I really wanted to leave and cancel the reservation since it was my first time not booking a hotel and I decided to try the facility because a friend recommended… Not welcoming!

Being forced to speak to another agent/staff to get the parking pass. We arrived very late and were asked to come back the next morning to turn in a piece of paper for a parking pass. Most people are coming in and will spend the entire day at the parks the next day. I shouldn't have had to beg for a parking pass at 11 pm, while my family waited in the car.

The room, location, and cleaning staff was very kind.
