    It was very close to Santana Row, nice area. Also close to our purpose of stay for a concert.

    Last time I was texted/messaged the lobby and room codes. I liked this because it was convenient to check if I forgot. This time, I received print out receipt with the room code. The lobby code was given verbally. Hard to remember this as well as to bring the receipt with the door code with my everywhere. Bathtub was falsely advertised online. The bathroom didn’t look like the picture of the jetted tub.

    Kind of loud, walls are thin

    The checkin with the online person. Person was fine. But the audio for the person was not good. And the person did not understand what a tv remote control was in their language when I let them know our room was missing it. It took creative communication to help the dialogue.

    The only problem I had with the hotel was that breakfast did not include any protein. I was unable to eat anything. I had chosen your hotel because it stated you served breakfast. Even yogurt would have been acceptable.

    Instead of tanbark, have a patch of grass since the area to poop is so small for the pets to use. No pet likes tanbark real or fake grass is way better!

    Breakfast Could last til 10am or leave some toast at the door. I am a pm shift worker for over a decade. That would have been a nice gesture.

    The fact that they advertise a Hot tub in the room when really it’s just a very large bath tub with jets, in the bathroom with a shower above it. Also you could tell it was pretty run down and they just went over the old crap to redo the bathroom to make it look nicer. And there was mildew on the jets in the tub. Also, kuerig in the room would have been awesome if it wasn’t so dirty, because the coffee at the “breakfast” was HORRIBLE. Also 3rd floor was slightly noisey, and the area was SUPER ghetto even the hotel seemed fancy. And guy at the counter when checking in talked way too fast and wasn’t very welcoming.

    The bed was very comfy and everything in the room worked and the blue LED lights were pretty cool, I enjoyed the “hot tub” aka XXL bathtub with 4 very light jacuzzi jets, but that is only because I’m a very small person, so to me it was definitely closer to a hot tub than bathtub. My husband did not day the same. Also, even with Covid, the snack breakfast wasn’t bad. Lady at the front desk that checked us out was nice. Also still trying to decide if I liked that the front desk was on second floor, kind of different.

    Some of the power outlets in the room didn't work. Needed more pillows.

    I had trouble finding the way in. None of the doors were unlocked but luckily a couple of guys came outside and i was able to get in.

    I prepaid online then got charged almost as much as what I prepaid when I checked in! Making my 4 nights almost $900! I THOUGHT I was getting a good deal by prepaying $475! Plus it's taken over a week to get my $100 deposit back.

    The room was like any basic hotel room, but we upgraded to the jacuzzi tub & it was gigantic! Also there were really cool blue recessed lighting & the room had a vaulted ceiling. The hotels really tastefully furnished with beautiful black & white framed prints on the walls . The room had a huge paned window that opened all the way which was wonderful.
