The oppressive smell in the lobby. Too much “scent”. I know many hotels have a scent but it was so strong you could smell it 50ft from the doors Also I paid for an upgrade for a “wellness” room which was repeatedly offered to me prior to checking in. When we arrived, they didn’t have one available.

Parking. Only valet at Vdara. Wanted to self-park, and they only allow that next door at the Aria. It's a long trudge, elevators, escalators, through smoky casino, lobby, across the circle just to get to Vdara. From my room I could see the empty parking structure.

Very nice accommodations, the place definitely feels like a "step up." Was on the side facing the parking circle, so view was not great, the other side that looks over the Bellagio fountains would have been better. Our suite was in good shape and had kitchenette and big bath with separate shower and tub.

The only complaint I have about this place is the staff. They act all high and mighty, with a stick up their ass. The only nice person we encountered was the lady who checked us in, the guy who checked us out could use a class on how to smile. He was a jerk.

The highway noise was coming through a bit and the window blinds don't fully close atlthe sides, so the room gets pretty light soon in the day.

Large and comfortable room, great view, super location close to the Strip and with a nice view on the Bellagio fountain. Nice staff.

Rooms could’ve been cleaned a bit better. Mopping consistently and trash cans were still covered with urine.

Kitchen was bare with no utensils, dishes, or cookware. Had to special request. No coffee machine or coffee supplies in the room. Had to request a coffee machine and pay extra. Seriously! Self-park is in Aria and is a bit of a maze to get to Vdara.

Have to request utensils. Safe box needed to be reset, as it was left locked by previous guests. A room check by guest services would have prevented this issue. Maintenance person was quickly able to resolve however, as also provided some great information - great service!

Great sized, modern, clean rooms. Kitchenette useful if required.

we thought we'd booked the Aria but were told on arrival that the rate we'd got was for the Vdara, which was not as advertised :( It's not a 5star IMHO, more like a 4 star. we were prepared to spend for the 5* experience but got 4 star at 5* prices

Turned out our room had not yet been made when we entered and there was miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping about when they could clean up. We had agreed on a certain time window, when me and my travel partner were out for dinner, but when we returned at midnight the room still had not been cleaned! Cleaning staff then came by quickly, but it's a bit disappointing for a hotel of this class, and we had just traveled 16 hours from Europe, so it was terrible with our jetlag. Front desk compensated us for the inconvenience though, so that was nice.

Great location across from the Aria Resort that has lots of dining options and close to the Strip. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very spacious room with a nice view!

i think the spa is over-priced but that's par for the course. My room had a couple of things that needed fixing but hopefully that will be taken care of. They wouldn't let me do late check out, which would have been nice, even if it was an hour, because 11am is too early in Vegas.

loved at all rooms were suites and also that they upgraded me to a room with a sit in kitchen and stove! The service was very good as were the lobby bar. Understated elegance as a design approach was appreciated. Love that it is close to casinos and glitz but just a few feet away. NO SMOKING!!!
