The weather was not very nice to enjoy the pool like I wanted that was all. I tried to stay an additional night!

I loved the location. 1st time staying on the Westside of the strip but it was great and great food spots on that end as well. I loved the apartment is gorgeous and the views from the balcony were amazing. Definitely will return to this spot

The location was great! Everything we needed could be found right downstairs or just across the walkway to the the Palm hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable! Justin our host was available for anything we needed. He was very thorough and informative. We will definitely book again!

My recent stay at this Booking.com rental was OUTSTANDING! From the moment I booked this property, everything was perfect. The property and owner are true gems – impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. There was one valet that seemed like he was not happy with his position in life. We all have bad days, so I’m not gonna hold it against the guy.

From top to bottom, I felt like a VIP. From the free valet parking to the amazing accommodations. The host was accessible from the start of my booking to the finish. Overall great experience.

We had some electrical issues but our host Justin was apologetic and super responsive. The room keys are also very sensitive so if you keep them next to your phone, it will demagnetize. I had went to the front desk 4x during my stay for new keys. Also, there was construction work on Saturday morning that involved core drilling that was disruptive, vibrating throughout. When I called the front desk, I was advised each unit had rights to perform work during the hours of 8am-5pm. The host had no control over this. If I may, I would suggest patio seating to enjoy the views longer.

We decided to stay off strip November 2-5 and Palms Place is exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to book, easy to check in, and the unit looks just like the photos- spectacular. Not only do you have kitchen amenities, there’s also a half bathroom and washer/dryer as well as free parking. The views are breathtaking morning or night from the balcony. Our host Justin was friendly and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property was gorgeous and I must say Justin was just amazing! He was a great responder and tried his best to accommodate everything I wanted. I stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed every single night and day there. I love how it’s away from the strip and noise but just a 5 to 7 minute Uber ride to get to the strip. The view was gorgeous. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise and loved watching the sunset. Also was very happy to hear that the balcony was open for use again. I will definitely staying here again.

Everything was great

Honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s huge and the views are incredible. Everything felt brand new and luxurious. Check-in was easy, just like a hotel. Free valet parking. Awesome pool. Nice rain shower and bathtub. Easy drive to the strip.

The best part of the experience were the high floor views. The combination of mountain views during the day and Vegas nightlife after dark really were amazing. The unit lives like an upscale apartment, not a hotel room. This unit has several advantages relative to a standard hotel room, such as a refrigerator, washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. Having access to the Palms Casino and Resort's amenities were a big plus too. Some of the little things made the stay even more enjoyable, such as express elevators to the high floors and abundant, free parking in the garage. If you are looking for a memorable close-to-the-strip stay in Vegas, this is it. Justin is a thoughtful and caring host, with service that shines from the time the reservation is booked all the way through the whole stay.

My only issue was that the Fireplace did not work. A worker came to repair it and said that he could not and someone would be out the following day…that never happened. And of course, I wish I could go on the balcony…however I was aware that I would not be able to.
