Spacious outdoor area with beach chairs and a beautiful pool. Close to the beach. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and bikes were available to guests at no charge. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room was very outdated and the bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The pool was easily accessible and the grills were in good condition and easy to use.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Our apartment was very clean & had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and professional. The location was great; close to restaurants, stores & beaches. Would definitely recommend Venice Beach Villas to family & friends visiting the area. Having bikes, coolers, shark tooth finders & laundry facilities available was a definite plus.

The apartment was a little dark. A few more lights would have been nice since we were cooped up one day of heavy rain.

Excellent location within walking distance of Venice Beach and the downtown area. Nice pool, facilities and very friendly staff. We would like to stay again.

This little suite was located 2 min walk from all the happenings of downtown Venice, and 5 min walk from the ocean. There was a heated pool 50 steps from the front door.

The property was clean, very close to the beach and the downtown area. The staff was lovely. Our little villa was so cute. My husband has mobility issues, and they had no problem changing our room to one that didn’t require him to climb stairs.

I used to live in this area and was visiting friends for a few days. I decided to try this property and was very happy I did. It's older but so well kept up - and everything was so clean in the unit. Everything functioned very well and I was very comfortable there. And the exterior upkeep was excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I'm visiting in the area.

Everything! Very nice appartement very clean with all you need (coffee machine with complementary coffee, toaster, big fridge, microwave, pool towels etc..) big pool (had it to ourselves). Just a few minutes walk to historic Downtown. Bikes to use for free. Thank you for making our vacay memoriable. Will stay here again!

Great location, so many extras like, books to read, beach cruisers to ride and shark tooth hunting sifters all complimentary. Best of all, the Farmers Market is 1/2 a block away from the property!

The rooms could use some up-dating. While they are clean, the decor and bathrooms are older than my grandma's... :) The parking in the courtyard is a bit of a pain...but it works out, and it is not enough to dissuade us from visiting again. Very good value for the money. Where else can you stay so reasonable and walk to see the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico in 10 mins....

Very nice space with a kitchen and bedroom. The place is easy to get to and has a great location equip-distance from the beach, historic downtown and the cathedral. Pool was nice size, while the facility was not over crowded.

This is a ridiculous complaint but the TP needs to be upgraded. Cheapest TP I’ve ever seen.
