The road noise was incredibly loud.Place was better after some windex and paper towels to clean the sticky floor. The bathroom fan did a terrible job of venting smells, the problem was not addressed. The shower was lukewarm at best,but was improved after a text thru the booking app.

Most reasonably priced option. Comfortable King bed. Close access to highways. Hot tub was nice. Not very busy in the complex. New floors were nice but needed mopping.

The only complaint we have was the noise at night. The first night of our stay, the residents in the unit directly above ours were very loud—talking, shouting, and stomping around—until 4:30am. It was honestly horrible. If this had happened again, we would not have stayed for the rest of the reservation. I let the host know and they said they would speak to the people around us and thankfully we did not have the same issue again. There was still a significant amount of street noise, but that is understandable and much more acceptable than our experience on the first night.

The unit was as described, clean and comfortable, including the kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. The outdoor common area was also nice with a pool and hot tub for guests. We received the door code at check-in time and the host was responsive via the message portal. This rental was by far the most affordable option we found and we were initially concerned about why that might be, but it was actually pretty great and met our needs well.

Third time here. First time was so fun we booked the 2nd yr. Our reservation then was messed up, but we believe in second chances so booked again this year hoping that going through Priceline would be better and that was a BIG No. First we booked a 2 room, because last year we had a 1 room and sitting in hard folding chairs is not comfortable. Yet the day we arrived we were told our 2 rooms were under maintenance and the only one they had is a one room. (Booked in Dec)When we tried to call the actual location on their 24/7 line no one would pick up. Only through Bookings did we finally get people to help. Which we were not aware that was where our actual request went through. Those instructions needed to be clearer. I wasted several hours of a much needed vacation just trying to get in my room. Found out from staff that the 2 rooms are only for long stays, so why were they even offered to me? If we would have known right away I would have gone somewhere else with a more comfortable room. I hope that my room will be compensated for the difference in price, but I'm pretty sure this will all go on deaf ears, as the owner of the property is not actually managing the place.

Pool area is great if staying a while bring your own towels they are stingy on them here. Location is great and onsite staff are friendly.

BBQ was filthy, I was excited to use it but my son said you don't want to use Dad. The staff gave us towels with holes. We had to fix the shower knob, tighten the screw on it to get the hot water

cleanliness not up to standard. room condition is outdated - shower problematic, floor is dusty, bed headboard lighting spoilt room was not cleaned during our 8 days stay so rubbish was just there the whole time and same linen and towels all throughout not flexible for late check out.

The facility has a nice pool and hot tub. It's great to have a gym at the location. The cleaning crew and facility management are kind and helpful. The host is responsive and willing to work with you in case of issues. Its a gated community w/ plenty of parking spots. Good price for a one bedroom apartment.

While the fine print did say it was double beds, the photos for the property included a Queen, which unfortunately is what I focused on. It only had two chairs and the tv did not work. No pool towels and the pool was freezing. Games room had ridiculous hours of operation that most people on vacation would never be on the property at those times. The mattress covers under the sheets looked very dirty but the beds themselves were fine. I realize this isn't a hotel but there wasn't even a hair dryer. This is not a suite for a family of four.

not being from the area, I wouldn’t have picked there. It seemed very ghetto. When we got there, there were five or six Mexicans hanging over the rails right near our room, and this coming from a fellow Latino. Not what I want to see in the place I am going to stay. There was very limited kitchen necessities if you wanted to cook. No frying pan and we wanted to cook steak. my wife complained that they didn’t provide an iron to iron clothes which we WOULD have gotten at a hotel asking the same price. I know as I travel a lot. Other than that, the place was very clean but just needed some basic provisions and we would have been fine. still, would NEVER stay in that area again. Chalking it up to experience.

The hours for the common room were pretty restrictive (8am-5pm M-F). Would have liked to have the option to use the space in the evenings for billiards, cards, games, etc. Our room was freshly painted but the walls and caulking in the bathroom needed replacement/repair. The room was missing some furniture common to most hotels/rentals (no second nightstand, dresser, or table), no bedroom TV. Duvet had a stain on it and bed sheets slid around on the mattress topper. I'd recommend owners switch to a mattress topper that is less slippery and invest in a washable duvet cover or top-sheet. Dirty wine glass in kitchen cupboard. Very strong cleaning agent smell upon entry--had to ventilate room and curious if this was to cover an odor.

Room code was received prior to check-in time and had detailed instructions on use of electronic lock. Separate code for gates for vehicle and pedestrian gates. Pool area was inviting and well-maintained. Hottub was warm and clean; pool water was clean but cold. Room's kitchen was well suited for a small suite, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cabinets were clean. Costco brand coffee pods for single-cup brewer with condiments. Propane grills were available in the courtyard as well as some seating areas and a cabana with barstools.

No staff. It all had to be done by email. Room next to the road and extremely noisy. They do have a lot of construction workers, and they were up very early. Noisy vehicles and radios at 6 am. Bathroom needed to be remodeled. Chips, no way to take a bath etc.

The outside facilities were very clean and all in working ordet.
