They rent out the rooftop for events with very loud music that you can hear two floors away. Couldn’t use the rooftop during this time and th r parking lot fills up so there’s no parking for hotel guests.

The hotel is directly next to the rails of a train and a street car. Both were very noisy, I woke up several times every night. The street cars rang their bells all the time, and the trains are very loud, and there is also a major street in front of the hotel. If you are sensitive to nice, I would not recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't as clean as it could have been; the floors looked like maybe they hadn't been mopped since the last guest.

the staff, including management, was mediocre at best. They didn’t seem to care much or provide great customer service one would expect for $250/night. When I checked out they didn’t even ask how my stay was. also housekeeping is AGGRESSIVE! I had a late check out and they pounded on my door 5x in an hour.

thee is no ‘free’ complimentary breakfast. it is some pastries and breakfast sandwiches they heat up for you in the microwave; the coffee is HORRIBLE, no amount of creamer made it better. The design of the shower in the ‘corner’ room is awkward because the floor drain is in front of where the shower curtain hangs, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. Lastly the bed is comfortable, but the pillows have no weight/cushion to them which felt like laying you held on a scrunched flat sheet; Also, I don’t like the $75 deposit per night charge that takes up to 10 days for a refund

it is a new hotel in a gentrifying neighborhood that appears to cater more to a college aged, younger crowd, which is great; trendy/artsy environment inside hotel with great artwork and NO Carpet in rooms.; it also has a bar and restaurant and cafe/lounge area for hanging out.; lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance and a whole food store.; scooter rentals are widely available too; close to great Mountain views a few miles away.

We made a reservation two months in advance. When we got there, we had to wait almost 3 hours to check into our hotel. Three hours after check-in time because “the room wasn’t clean yet..” they gave us a free cocktail eventually after getting fairly angry and almost missing the concert we were given a different room at a discounted rate From what I understand, it sounds like that is fairly common place at that hotel as I saw several other couples waiting to check into their rooms also The next morning, when we went to check out, I saw housekeeping watching TV on their phones, which probably explains why the rooms weren’t clean

The Sunday rooftop party was great. Location near downtown Tempe and the Whole Foods was very convenient.

Room servicing was changed to every 3rd day. But I was paying a daily rate. I was notified of this when I inquired at the desk . They pointed to a page stuck to the back of a computer monitor. Because the renovation is new , But cleaning is every 3 days it is declining quickly. Dust and mold were showing up. I was notified while at a event that I needed a parking pass instead of at check-in. I responded to a "Hows it going " text and never got the problem addressed (lamp came on twice during the night). The point of contact employees were polite, but not authorized to fix problems on their own.

Not every floor has ice machine We were on the 5th floor under the rooftop bar and our room was shaking from the music until 11 at night. On Sunday, it was fro 3 to 11, extremely loud and annoying. No pool towels but the hotel was very vice and hip.
