United States of America1 reviewWonderfulI had mentioned in a pre-arrival message that we were there to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday and they said they would have something special for her to help celebrate, there was nothing. But I don't know who missed passing the message to the right hands.
The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The lobby is nicely decorated and inviting. The location is fantastic. We did do a lot of walking, the best way to see the city.

Location was good for the things we planned to do. Loved the taco place a few doors down - perfect late night snack.

The service and the people were absolutely amazing , I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don’t remember their names . I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen , one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle . I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing . Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .

LOCATION! Near our favorite hangouts - like Gibsons and Division Street bars. Clean rooms. Comfy lobby for morning coffee. Friendly staff. Blockout curtains. Quiet A/C system. Great shower setup.

The hospitality was top notch while paying attention to every detail all down to the little candy station. The hotel staff greeted you with hello and goodbye every encounter. The location is perfect for shopping and eating your way through the city. And the beds had butter soft sheets that make you so relaxed you wake up refreshed. This hotel is a must stay.

Beautiful hotel! Near so many restaurants and shops. I mostly dined at Somerset during my stay since it's connected to the hotel and I was only there for a short period of time. Exceptional staff, clean room and really great amenities. I would absolutely stay there again!
