the elevator was sketchy. the numbers for the floors didn't work. the telephone box was half hanging on. I only took the elevator if really necessary and that was inconvenient. The place was very outdated. For the price, I overlooked that. However, the couch was not in any kind of condition for sitting on..definitely could not sleep on it. we had to put the mattress on the floor. The bed in the bedroom was the loudest bed I've encountered to date. the nightstands that are attached to the wall.. slant down. don't use those to put anything on if you don't intend it to be on the floor. Biggest complaint.... office staff was very unfriendly, and that was sadly the first person we encountered on our vacation there. Off-putting to say the least.

The rooms were rough. The carpet in one of our rooms was wet on half of it. Both hide a beds need to be replaced. The master bedroom was good on both rooms. The sheets were clean and though 1 of the rooms was not ready when we got there at 4 . The Vascasa staff was easy to reach and got the problems fixed quickly.

Management at front desk was very rude. I didn’t pay all that money to have to wear wristbands at our stay. Management came to pool to check make sure we had them on. I definitely won’t be staying again. They need to not treat this place as if your at an amusement park. i definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The property it’s self was ran down. Only one elevator was working. And our air conditioner did not work. The beds were not comfortable.

The location was great. On the sea wall so we could just walk across the street to the beach. The pool was great for us in the evenings. It was clean.

it took us almost 2 hours to get into our condo because the code they gave us didn’t work. I got disconnected from Vacasa 3 times only got a call back once.

the location was great! the night security guard was trying his hardest to get us in our room and even told us we could go stay in the office with him until we could get into our room. he made us feel very safe!!!

Live roach in kitchen with zero food left out. Bed and couch are worn out - sagging/no support. One chair on the balcony. Property management needs to explain/mark driving directions to enter and exit the property.

Location is good. Access to beach is good. Price is decent. Easy access to wal-mart and sonic. 2 pools and 1 hot tub.

Fridge wasn't cold when we got here I wasn't informed about having to wait 25 hours. No remote in bedroom. Blankets way too thin on all beds. Broken chairs outside, fell because of one. Seen a few bugs in the apartment.

Most everything inside was usefully the kitchen and everything in it. The couch turns out is a couch bed so that was good. The beds were comfortable. So many towels available.

The chair on the baloney broke when I sit on it and I went to the ground. There was a water drip coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Lucky it is over the tub. Nothing like a cold drip hiring you when your try to get out of a warm shower.

The broke tv in the bedroom. Lights acted as if there was a short always blinking on an off in living room. Toilet didn't flush right and door knob kept falling off.

The pictures when booking did not match the room. There was no dead bolt on the door (which would have been nice when the manager popped in on us unannounced). There should be a room darkening shade on the sliding glass door...it was entirely too bright for the people sleeping in the bunk beds. The shower is way small. A curved shower rod would have helped. We don't think the floors were mopped since our bare feet turned black after walking on them. We did not touch anything in the kitchen once we saw food filth on the microwave handle.

The location was good. The size was as advertised. Text messages and emails were helpful.
