Did not look the cleanest on the outside but the bedsheets and bathroom were clean, so it got the job done.

It was acceptable for the price. Just soap, no shampoo or conditioner. Bed was comfy enough. Receptionist had a cat so that was cute!

Floors dirty, was going to shake finger at the grandsons for dirty feet on bed linens and getting white bath floor mat dirty, till I realized mine were just as bad. Not enough towels, tissue paper and $175 a bit much, more like $80 quality. But realize going to "Lions" game has it price.

Lady at front desk was a delight. Very helpful and Apologized for "Young" staff not preparing room for us as instructed.

Clearly an older motel in need of a few updates, which I already understood from reading previous reviews and I didn’t care too much as I just needed an inexpensive and convenient place to stay and didn’t have much lead time in booking. Having said that I probably wouldn’t stay again unless some more updates were made for a more comfortable stay. It seemed clean overall but seeing the last guest’s soap still in the shower caused some doubt as to the depth of cleaning. Electrical outlet plate was loose in bathroom making me not feel confident about plugging something into it so I used the outlet by the bed which wasn’t loose in order to dry and style my hair, which was a little inconvenient.

Convenient location - close to arena where I was attending a concert. Inexpensive. Able to control thermostat on the heater/air conditioner - it’s amazing how many hotels/motels have this locked down! Able to use deadbolt lock for added security in room. Bath towels seemed a little thicker than the typical towels you get in this class of motel in my experience. Electrical outlet easy to access by bed after sliding table away from it (so many times in hotels the outlets are not convenient).

Really nothing. It was what I expected. Get past the look on the outside and it is fine.

Rooms were good and clean. basic no frills. Cheap. Saved money on parking which was a huge plus. The outside of the hotel was pretty poor, but the rooms looked like they were redone recently. If you just need a place to sleep, this was fine. They had a cat outside ...I love cats.

Bathroom door did not shut completely, comforter had burn holes in it and the wall near trash had something spilled that needed to be washed off.

It's not so much I didn't like. You get what you pay for. It's old, the room was not super clean and a bit Ghetto. But, I just needed a cheap place to stay after the Pink concert with in walking distance. This place was only $100 and everything else was $250-$600. I wouldn't want to sit in the room or be at the motel all day, but I just wanted to park & sleep. It did the job!

The staff was super friendly. The location was Perfect. The bed was comfortable. Me & my friend felt safe walking to an from Comerica park.

The Internet and the television in my room didn't work.

The motel was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do on Friday night. The gas station and store across the street were handy. The fridge in my room worked well.

Well, it's old and rundown and grotty and just overall unpleasant, bordering on gross. The kind of place you dread coming back to at the end of the day. The kind of place you can't wait to leave. The kind of place that kills your sex drive. I would say it's a good choice if you arrive late and leave really early the next day. We stayed 2 nights and that was way too much. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to bars, restaurants, and cafes, so it's not as convenient as it looks on the map.

This can be considered a convenient place to stay, sort of midpoint between the downtown core and the hipster zones of midtown. It isn't a good value, but it was the cheapest option in the city when I was making bookings. Free and easy parking. On a summer weekend the place was pretty empty and quiet, but felt safe enough. The Wifi worked. We arrived late, around 11PM, and they accommodated. However, we had to call a number on the office door so they could wake up the manager. Both the people I spoke with on the phone and the manager were really nice. That was all the contact I had with the staff.

No mirror other than in bathroom Group of people across the street at gas station playing around with a taser until 3am… not the motels fault but surrounding area kinda sketchy, the hotel had cameras so felt safer.

Front desk staff was very very friendly, parking and wifi included with motel stay.

The outlet we were using for phone charging somehow stopped working during the night!

Motel is conveniently right off the highway, a mile or less walking distance to big venues, gas station with coffee and subs right across the street. The room was clean, smelled good, updated with hardware laminate floors instead of gross hotel carpet. Manager was lovely. Free, safe parking lot.

The boxspring was heavily splattered in dark spots which looked like there was a murder next to the bed, mattress was low quality but that probably makes sense. People smoked nearby and no enforcement so a lot of smoke in the room.

Appreciated the 24 checkin and easily accessible room. Next to TV lounge which was great or awful depending on your party tolerance
