We loved everything about the property!

The property itself was so nice! You have everything you need for your stay. House was very clean and the outside from the front yard to the back was awesome for hanging out! Probably took us only 2 mins if that to walk to the beach. Schooners restaurant is right across the street and anything else you need. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great location, very clean, lots of easy places to walk the dog. We had everything we needed and any messages we sent were quickly responded to. Loved the fire pit. We were able to have a Birthday celebration outside with everyone around the campfire!

The furnishings seemed a little dated.

The location was very good. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood free parking right outside the door, and very little traffic.

location was great. only a short walk to the beach. They had beach accessories that we could use so there was no need to bring much. The house was extremely nice and comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained. I would def stay again and highly recommend!!

The laundry room door was kind of jammed and hard to open. But it was not that big of an interference. The only two suggestions I have is to make the parking area a bit wider, as the parking area for the other unit was much larger. The second suggestion is to close off the outdoor shower area to make it more private. But than inclusion alone was great!

I loved the location and how close it was to the beach. The house was beautiful and would definitely stay here again!

There were these sand burrs around the place that hurt when you get stuck with them.

We just loved this beach house!! Very very very clean, you couldn't tell it was pet friendly. Beach area 5 was just a few minutes from the beach house. Beach area 8 for pets was just a few more minutes. The sand was so soft!! So was one of the beds!!

Was not aware of the construction happening on the road the Villa is on as well as right in front of the Villa. Also there was a few piles of old dog poop in the back area where the laundry room and grills are

The location was great close to pretty much everything. The Villa was super cute and clean on the inside and has everything you need ....the cleaning lady was also very nice she stays a few house down and makes sure everything is ok whenever she sees you outside

We wernt able to ck in till after 430pm so we waited outside the unit. Said they were running late cleaning because they were fixing the laundry door which had blown off in the wind. It happens. Lol. We were there 3 days. The door never was fixed. It was pulled together by a rope and hard to handle. Being a larger person with bummer knees the toilet is in a very small space and could use maybe a handicap handle to get up and down. One thing that really bothered me is that i got a text from the owner asking for a 5 star review in return for a 20% discount on our next visit. This property is adorable. Its going to get awesome ratings. Id rather get a discount for being a loyal customer instead of being bribed for a 5 star rating. I guess because i gave them a 4 i wont get the discount which is disappointimg since i come to PCB 4-5 times a year and spend weeks at a time 😔 We saw a small mouse but no droppings. I think he was just passing through. He might have even had flip flops on! Ap wouldnt let me post more pictures but the place really cute!!

We loved the little house. The color and furnishings were Very beachy! Loved the fishy holders next to the couch to set drinks on! So accomadating with accessories to make the stay enjoyable!! Almost anything you need was already available. Even an iron! Board games provided were a plus too. TVs were nice. Could use instructions for us less smart tv people 😁 We would and have already recommended this property to friends!! They also have kennels for your pets in the back. A fenced yard that is shared with the other unit. Awesome pet friendly space. So impressed! Loved the guest book that i forgot to write in. If u get a chance try this cozy place!!! Its a keeper 😊

The place is called "Villa Paradise- Pet Friendly," and it was. However, it says right in the ad that there's no additional pet fee. In another place, it says that the pet fee is $49. About an hour before check-in, we started getting reminder emails to take a look at our reservation and make sure it was correct. We were still on the road. A little bit later, we got a voice call from the owner, asking us to Venmo $59 for a pet fee. It felt a bit like a shakedown. We paid it, because who feels like arguing after 6+ hours in the car when kids and pets are ready to be free, but it set a not-good tone for the weekend.

Neighborhood location with off-street parking. It was pretty quiet, and the road wasn't busy. Two blocks from the beach. Easy to take the dogs on walks, there were places for our teens to take walks and get away from the fam when necessary. It was good to have access to laundry facilities on site, and a semi-covered front porch sitting area.
