The property’s location is sensational. The property has a unique eclectic but family like feel to it…. Happy Hour at 5.30 pm. Long length mirrors are great…size of the room is great. Water pressure amazing…an artist’s feel which is different but really nice. Breakfast provided was a nice touch. Decent size fridge 👍🏽

You need to have a staff member available by phone all the time. And I was glad I still speak Spanish! (Learned at UCSB 63 years ago!).

Location a little cramped. Food selections a little strange (lemon pie for breakfast????).

Too busy with ornaments and paraphernalia, breakfast was terrible, very very old bagel, old stale croissant, bland coffee, bran flakes, just boring and stale. No facilities except tv and hairdryer in the room, not even a trash can.

The one lady, one my first morning, at breakfast, could not speak English, but the rest of the time the new lady was great.

Breakfast was non existent - hardly anything available and no-one topped anything up. Broken glass in wardrobe door. Pool dirty and icy cold . Sunbeds broken. Statues were great - but all looking tired and in need of refreshing. Aware rated 2 star but still needed some improvements.

Very un-eco friendly. At breakfast everything was disposable, from the plates to the cutlery, to the cups. I imagine this saves time, but the wastage with the number of tourists coming through must be huge.

Great location, very comfortable, lovely rooms and I particularly liked the little balcony which looked out on to the ocean. That breakfast was included was great.

No staff availability. The continental breakfast was a diabetes war zone. No fresh fruits, hard boiled eggs. No syrup for the waffles. No tables to sit and enjoy your breakfast. They placed us in a small over crowded living room. It was cozy, but we couldn’t enjoy our “breakfast”

Too clustered! No decent space for breakfast. Very limited items for breakfast and items were not relished until you complaint. No one at the front desk to help out! No microwave in the room , we didn't bother as we were staying for 1 night only!

The hotel is very understaffed. The poor receptionist was trying to do everything (check in new costumers, take care of breakfast, clean the rooms)... We felt bad for her, and this did not give us the best impression of the establishment.

The location is really wonderful by the beach and near a lot of restaurants and bars. They were accommodating and did their best to give us a room that would fit our needs.

-The toilet situation in our room - it was impossible to properly close or lock the door. Also the bathroom seemed a bit old. -The (included) breakfast was OK, but only includes sweet/unhealthy stuff. It would be great if they offered savory food as well and if they used reusable plates, cups and cuttlery (instead of the disposable ones). -The staff is very nice, however the hotel seemed a bit understaffed when we were there (long waits at the reception for check-in/out or if you wanted to ask something). -The pool didn't seem very clean at the time of our stay.

Cozy inn with a sunny patio to hang out, have breakfast or chill in the (warm) pool. Very nice staff and great location right at the beach and wharf. Very comfortable beds.

Room we got had a broken window with plastic wrapped on it. not very clean room, and breakfast was about 30 mins late to set up when we got up at 7am to eat. Other than that it was a great time spent on the coast.

The appearance of the hotel was very nice, I really liked the staff who helped us and the pool side area was very nice. We loved the fact that we were mere feet away from the coastline and beach.

Parking was a challenge, the bedding, sheets, pillows were low end. It wasn’t overlooking the beach like the pictures showed. It’s down the street instead with no view or balcony liked it showed in the pics. For $340.00 a nite. I didn’t see the value. No wifi was given. Nor did they say breakfast is over at 10am.

The hot tub was nice. And fireplace in lobby.
