You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere are a lot of steps overall up and down the hill to the property and more inside the building. Not advised for those over 60 unless very flexible.
Property was spotless. Comfortable beds. Nice little screened in porch. We checked out late and Zack was very agreeable with no extra charge being added. Very nice.

They respond so quickly and thoroughly and make sure you get all the information you may need to have a seamless entry and enjoyable stay!! The location was perfect and the amenities were great!! United States of AmericaParking was impossible. The steps down the hill to the condo were irregularly spaced and sloped. The building complex is "well-worn". Very poor water pressure in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the bedrooms, none of which could be turned on or off with the switches on the wall (we never figured out what the bedroom wall switches were connected to). Weak/intermittent wifi (owner warned us about this in advance). AC was erratic (even though we didn't touch the settings, at times it was working like a charm--maybe even too cold, and at others, it wouldn't go on for hours despite being quite warm). We didn't like that if somebody was awake while others were sleeping, there was no way for them to access a bathroom without going into a bedroom and disturbing somebody. It was disappointing to find out, after we had already left home for out travels, that there were no pool/beach towels with the condo. So we bought a couple and left them there for future guests.
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (though scissors would be a great addition). The bath towels were soft and absorbent. I liked the living room couch and armchair. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, living room & kitchen, it was great to have a dining room, 2 bathrooms and the screened in deck (an especially lovely bonus). We liked that there were games, and pool/beach paraphernalia. The place was spacious, well-located and reasonably priced for the area.

United States of AmericaNo entertainment other than a DVD player,suggestion would be to purchase a smart tv or streaming device so renter's could watch their own streaming apps.Also no tvs in bedroom which would be a plus.Only enough utensils for 4.Our air conditioner rattled throughout the night.Pillows were uncomfortable,had to place throw pillows under them to prevent head from being completely flat.Couldnt find a toaster for breakfast.Found former guests medication laying in one of the bathrooms.
Excellent location to weirs beach and festivities.Host was very responsive to needs.Enjoyed the decor and was clean.There were several supplies available such as bottled water,coffee,garbage bags,toilet paper,cleaning supplies.Was also nice having availability of a pool and bbq grills.Plus there's a convenient store around the corner close.
