Great accommodation right in the beach. Very clean and had all the extras needed to have a fabulous stay. It’s a quiet block close to all the action in Kihei and has easy parking and facilities. Hosts are great communicators.

Bedroom TV is outdated and is limited to Netflix. You can not add other apps to it (e.g. Hulu, Prime, etc.). Was annoying to be halfway thru a movie on Hulu or Prime in the living room and not be able to move to the bedroom to finish it at night.

Well maintained unit in a well maintained community. Convenient beach access and close proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. Quiet community. Ample parking.

The condo guidebook to use pool and main office is not up-to-date. The office was closed for entire stay. Also confusing - where to park during our stay. The deck on the apartment was exposed to the sun most of the time and uncomfortable to sit there for any length of time. The deck also had a small view of the beach which was obscured by overgrown palm trees.

Location was excellent right near the beach and located near restaurants and services. Our hosts were attentive on arrival and answered all questions we had during our stay.

Really nice functional unit in peaceful setting. Nice complex and basic pool area with hot tub. Nearby beach walk and sunset view. Comfortable living area with wonderful large TV. Host very helpful answering questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kuahale Makai. It was a lovely location right on the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

There was something really wrong with our main entry door and it wouldn't open and shut right at all, and I would have to always ask my husband every time I wanted to open or shut the door. We did tell the management about it not sure if they fixed it.

The apartment was spacious and had a lot of features, well stocked, very nice view. The View was just of the courtyard but still very pleasant. Really loved the wrap around balcony. Not close to a lot of stuff in the neighborhood, but just down the highway straight shot to where all the action is. Also we really enjoyed the atrium Garden. Would consider staying here again! In addition, I miscalculated the check-in time, and we were stranded early outside of the hotel with no vehicle and nothing to do except sitting on top of our luggage. We beg them if we could get in a little early and they accommodated us which was severely appreciated.

The layout is weird and made cooking a little awkward. While the space is clean, it is generally tired. Finishes, lighting and decor all could use upgrading so that the interior comfort and convenience matches the lovely grounds and nearby ocean.

The host provided clear information and check-in was a breeze. The suite is very clean and offers plenty of beach supplies. The ocean view is good, and a small, nearly private beach is a short walk away.

The condo was excellent. It's super close to the airport and the owners have thought of everything when supplying/stocking the condo. They are super quick and responsive if you have any questions which was really appreciated. The master bed has the comfiest mattress and pillows, it was hard to drag ourselves out in the morning! The view is to die for, a great look at the ocean. We can only hope we have an opportunity to stay here again.

The location is central and the condo has a well equipped kitchen and includes everything you need like beach chairs and cooler.

This condo is in a central location in Kihei for travel to all locations in Maui. It is on the beach and has a beautiful view from the balcony. Restaurants and grocery shopping are close by too. The bed was just right and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you need for meals. The price was just right. We would recommend it for your stay.

Water pressure in shower was pretty low..

Easy access to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Well equipped with beach chairs towel umbrella etc. Ideal!

Well, it isnt new so for instance the bathroom components all work but a bit dated. However, as i said , this condo is well equipped and made my stay comfortable.

The location was an easy drive to a few beaches. Also an easy drive to the town of kehei for food & supply purchases.

Parking was a little bit or miss, most the time someone was in our assigned spot but we just chose a spot near lbs and had to problems

The beach front property was thee most perfect place to relax, the rental was clean comfortable and just what we pictured!

There are a few things that would instantly improve the unit: some cooking utensils, a nespresso coffee maker, cotton white sheets and better pillows. I realize that the AC was broken however the large portable AC was so loud we had turn it off. The large fan was also super noisy.

The unit was quite clean, large and on the second floor. The agent was very responsive and the cleaner was welcoming.
