The main rooms ac was a little loud and cracky. We like sleeping in the cold so thisbwas a setback. But not w deal breaker for staying here again.

Pool was disgusting, in the outside hot tub it feet like they haven’t cleaned or changed the water for weeks.

Nothing special, fairly basic apartments, but fine. Big comfortable bed.

Pool closes at 6:00 pm, it a rush if you ski. The kids don’t understand why it closes so early They are changing the fireplace over from gas to electric. So it was disconnected.

Across the street from Loon. So much nicer than being stuck in a hotel room. We were there during the eclipse. Everywhere around us was price gouging. The Village kept its regular rates. It’s not a Luxury condo. If you don’t have to have granite, a jetted tub, or house cleaning. This is an excellent choice for families.

The beds were not good at all. The mattress in the bedroom was very firm. The foldout sofa was unusable. We had to put the mattress on the floor to make it even a little bearable, because it was worn so thin you could feel all the springs and metal in it. I had to let my kids sleep in the main bed, because they were so uncomfortable. I slept on the floor on the sofa mattress and got horrible night sleeps. It really took away from how much we enjoy the rest of the property. We would not stay here again based just on the mattress and sleeper sofa being so uncomfortable.

The game room was great for the kids. The pool area was huge and multiple poos was great. The shuttle to the ski area made it really easy to get on the mountain and back at the end of the day.

From our balcony, they outside of the building was in need of fresh paint. One of our TV remotes didn't work and it took more than a day to get that resolved.

The layout of the unit and having a well-equipped kitchen worked well for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The view of Loon Mountain from the balcony (along with chairs and a little table) was beautiful. Use of the DVD player came in handy, and the TV station lineup was pretty good. We enjoyed the gas fireplace.

Two small issues. There is a machinery rumble every hour or two, for 1-2 minutes, heard only in our particular (end) unit. It can be bothersome if you are a light sleeper. Also, the beds were fine, but we both found the pillows too hard and uncomfortable. Usually, we sleep well on vacation, but it wasn't

We particularly enjoyed the configuration of the loft unit, although esthetically speaking it was bare. Location excelkent in relation to the Scottish Highland Games, the event for which we came up from Cape Cod. The late check in process was a bit challenging, but the instructions not difficult to follow. Beds were relatively comfortable and having the air conditioning working well was a definite plus. Bathrooms: Though really small, they were well equipped with towels, bathmat snd toiletry items. Kitchen: Could have used a glass liquid measuring cup or two; otherwise pretty much everything we needed was provided. Staff: Friendly and helpful.

The kitchen was a little cramped and perhaps not fully equipped for self-catering. The mattress on the fold-out sofa bed could do with a refresh. The decor was a bit 1980s. There's a laundry, but no detergent available (so we had to go and buy a whole bottle from the local supermarket, just to do one load of washing).

The resort is set in the woods, away from the main road, so it's very secluded and peaceful. We had great views across the valley to the mountains on the other side. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We liked the swimming pools (indoor and outdoor).

fire place broken, no mini-convenience for cooking/snack essentials (unless we missed it). check out too early on Sunday to support day at the resort. Consider how to manage cleaning schedules to allow for families to check out at 1 p.m.

We were excited to enjoy the fireplace during our ski trip, but during check-in we were notified that many of their fireplaces weren't working and ours happened to be one of them & wasn't compensated in any way or offered another room.

The mountain view and the pool and spa area. Being 2 mins from Loon was a huge plus!

bed was lumpy, only half the games in the game room worked. no housekeeping services during stay - have to strip your beds and take the trash with you when you check out, but an envelope was left still encouraging tips for “housekeeping”

pools and hot tubs were great, room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly

The bed was not the most comfortable and the hours of the facility that holds the pools would of been nice if open a bit later like 9-10pm for after dinner / before bed swims
