Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe condo was a little "ragged" around the edges--things were worn and the floors weren't very clean. The bathroom had an huge jacuzzi tub which would have taken enormous amounts of water to fill had we used it. It seemed like an exgtravagance in an area where water is an endangered substance. I did take a bath in the tub using a small amount of water and even though I didn't turn on the jacuzzi, icky mold came out of the holes and into the bathwater :-(. Someone should run it periodically to clean the mold. The wifi was being rewired and didn't work in our condo at all, but I was able to create a hotspot with my cell phone, so no problem. Lodging is expensive in Sedona and we got a great last-minute price on Booking.com, so it was a good value for the money, but had we paid the regular price, I'd have been disappointed.
This is a beautiful resort just a few minutes from uptown Sedona, the arts and shopping plaza, etc. We requested a condo that backed to Oak Creek, a beautiful peaceful location with a nice patio to listen to the creek, the breeze, and, the birds. Had we stayed in the other side, the views of the mountain were spectacular, especially at sunset. All around, a beautiful resort. A very nice pool was right outside across the parking lot (we didn't use it) and a large patio with BBQ, tables, etc. between our building and the next. We enjoyed walks on the grounds over to the hotel (which has an on-site restaurant). Parking was right outside the door.

Good location, nice views. Having kitchenette was nice - used especially for breakfast so we could get to trailheads early.

United States of AmericaThe Villas far exceeded our expectations. The spacious suite had a marvelous walk-in tiled shower, mini kitchen with all necessary items, (small but perfect size for a several day stay,) corner electric fireplace, comfortable bed--what else can I say? Nothing negative in the slightest about the Villas. Even in early April the pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was a perfect 101!
Willow Springs restaurant has great menu offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Build your own omelettes in the a.m. then Ora King salmon or lobster risotto (plus many others) for dinner! All so good....

United States of AmericaSitting towards the outside of town makes driving in and out of the area somewhat difficult as you are forced one way into what seemed like a long line of traffic every day. This of course isn't Poco Diablos fault, but something to be cautious of when making plans.
The villas were a lovely place to stay all around. The room we were given was great, featuring a nice mini kitchen, which I only wished also included an oven. There was a lovely fireplace that allowed us to create the kind of loving ambiance that made it unforgettable paired with the view of the creek and cliffside from the window/patio. The bedroom itself was comfy and cozy, in particular the fan and cooling unit. The restroom having a double wide bath with air jets was a pleasant surprise. Just as an aside, the recreational facilities were great, though part of the resort not necessarily the villas.

CanadaThe furniture is a bit clunky for the space. Lots of iron posts and heavy furniture. Would be better to have more open flow concept.
Dry quiet and secluded. Felt relaxed and safe as a solo traveler. Far enough away from all the hustle and bustle and was able to reflect on this magical place. Loved the double Jacuzzi

South KoreaThe location is a little bit inconvenient, because you should go out to buy anything, The resort seems a little bit old.
It's a good spot for the people looking for a quiet and comofortable place. The space is enough and the view from the room was excellent due to green grass and trees in front of my room. There was a stream nearby, which makes me cool during the hot summer season. There're a lot of trees which give shades for the house and makes it cool. It was very quiet. People working at the resort was very kind.
