Old fuzzy sheets, flat stinky pillows, old thin taupe towels. No swim towels offered. Creaky twin beds. Not even salt and pepper in cupboards. One paper thin toilet paper roll offered for 7 days. One roll thin paper towels for 7 days. Dirty OLD carpet. This place really needs updating in a bad way!!!! I was not comfortable even going barefoot on these floors.

Location was convenient to the disney parks.

The snack bar/Cafe wasn't open much while we were there.

The amenities were excellent. The bonus was the gator in the pond. I have already recommended the facility to friends coming down in April.

Upon arrival at our villa it was not ready for guests. It was very unclean. Cords hanging from tvs. Broken & warped flooring. Dirty utensils. Defected appliances. No door lock so our 1 year was opening the front door. It took over 12 hours to get a hold of the property manager and it was another several hours until someone came. We were moved to another villa which more ready but still not very clean and in need of maintenance. Also I could book that villa online for $500 USD less than what I paid! Quite disappointing when you have travelled from the other side of the country. Neither villa was updated or a true reflection of the photos used by the company for the booking.

It was a gated complex. Pretty quiet for the most part.

The couches were extremely uncomfortable and some type of directions on how to use the tvs would have been very helpful. The toiletry items were very sparse. No extra toilet paper and only 2 towels for a 4 day stay.

Location was perfect to everything we wanted to do. The ease of access to and from the property was great. The rec area was very clean and well maintained as well as the pool and hot tub. The condo was very clean and well appointed.

There was a part on the steps that came off made unsafe. Also downstairs toilet moved and was unsafe. And floor felt dirty and mattress was stained and blinds did not open without falling apart

The house was not very clean. The comforter was stained, furniture was stained, and dishes were set on the table and had dust on them. The place needs to be updated. Several buttons on the microwave didn't work. The stovetop was dirty. Only had 3 rolls of toilet paper. The coffee pot needs to be replaced and you had coffee grounds with your coffee.

The security guard was very helpful since we had to get there at 4am since our flight kept getting delayed. Close to Disney which was a plus. Easy to get into the house when checking in.

The Actual home I stayed in Building19 unit 106 CLEANLINESS WAS HORRIBLE !!!! KITCHEN HAD ROACHES AND ROACH EGGS!!!

Guards did a great job, Friendly and welcoming, Felt the area was safe. Kids loved the actual property Splash pad was cool, basket ball court and playground was nice.

Minor issues -- the swing on the fridge door should be switched. The way it opens makes no sense at all. Stovetop - one burner didn't have a temperature range (either on or off). No control over the HVAC system -- however, when I contacted Linda for the set temp to be changed, it was very quick.

Extremely clean, very well appointed with all the needed amenities!! That was super appreciated. Linens were solid. Beds for adults were great -- kid beds were a little lacking, but kids. Facilities were amazing.

The owners could have provided more basic supplies. (Toilet paper etc) But we were so close to stores it wasn’t an issue.

Linda the property manager went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. It was quiet at night which we appreciated. It had a great pool facility and a wonderful place for kids. It was close to stores /restaurants/very close to Disney.

Upstairs bathroom water smelled like sewer. Main tub was dirty. Fleas in the main bed. We stayed for 7 days and was left only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel and 1 trash bag. The single bed hurt my daughters back so bad she had to sleep on the couch.

I liked the amenities. Plenty for the kids to do.

The house was FILTHY. Air conditioning did not work, took 4 days for them to come fix it. Bathroom toilet and tubs were nasty. They had to call housekeeping to come clean again when we arrived. They had to bring us brand new sheets because the ones that were on the bed were stained and nasty. The stay was uncomfortable and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there. We drove 14 hrs to stay in a dump, if we could have gotten our money back and found another place to stay in time we would have. That’s the only reason we stayed.
