The villa didn't have any of its own outside space. Even though it was just across from the communal pool and other facilities. There are some very simple changes the owner could do to make this better. E.g there was mouldy silicone around the hot tub bath. This is easily fixed to make this more inviting.

The staff were friendly and it was close to Disneyland, shops and restaurants. Good value for money.

My only complaint is checkout being at 10/10:30am and they really want you out at that time not a minute later.

I liked the fact that everything was in close proximity and that the property itself had the pool and kiddie water playground for the little ones.

There was a bunch of annoying people that were feeding the alligators. The twin size beds need to be replaced and a door handle needs to be put on the Kracken room.

The property was a bit outdated. There were also a lot of lizards. So much so, we had two in our unit. We had to call someone to come spray.

The outside of the property is very nice. There is a pool, lake view, and playground.

Mattress in master bedroom is broken. Walls not very sound proof - struggled to sleep some nights as there was parties and karaoke by the pool house.

Superb location close to everything. Spacious apartment where the kids had a good time. Happy that wall-to-wall-carpets was limited. Standard was good, but not superb. No problems getting in or out, good communication.

Bldg 18 #101 needs updates to the house in interim things better lighting, new shower curtain on master bath, fix electrical wall plates, fix tvs, blinds can be done.

There were 5 of us and there was only 5 towels, apparently as soon as you use them you can pop them in the dryer or washing machine. There is very minimal washing pods, dishwashing liquid, bin bags. But I would stay there again, it’s really nice.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic, the security staff at the gates were very helpful. The atmosphere of the area was fantastic. All the units are beautifully presented.

Linda was fantastic in immediately helping when needed , the gated comunity is safe, in a quite spot but yet near everything you'll need. easy access to the keys. Everything went smooth. Beautiful heated pool and basketball court.

Kitchen quite small and we had a little walk to the garbage site. A nice person who was fixing some of the Units put our rubbish on the back of his trailer and disposed of them for us.

Location was excellent. House was functionable and spacious to a degree. Easily fit 6 of us! Super close to lots of restaurants and shopping!

The tub/jacuzzi in the master bedroom downstairs was dirty upon arrival.

I loved the location and the property. One of the female security guards was amazing. This place has everything onsite. I loved the fact that they have everything you need right there and you don't have to leave unless you want to. We didn't get to do fishing or basketball because of the rain, but we will DEFINITELY be back!

In the house the carpet was very overused. The icemaker did not work in the refrigirator and the microwave owen opener arm was broken or just missing a screew.

This place is wonderfull! The all security guard is very friendly and helpfully. Heated pool and the jaccuzzi are the top. And ofcourse the gym is also excellent. Wifi is acceptable.

At a push, there was a leak (water) from the upstairs toilet when arriving, however, was cleaned up and did not recur.

Location was fantastic for Orlando and travel to all of the attractions. House was really well laid out with large rooms and comfortable beds. Facilities in the complex were super for relaxing after a long day.

Unfortunately, the AC didn't work very well during our stay. It wouldn't go below 80 even at night, but we had such a busy trip planned that we didn't bother to tell management until we checked out. We're floridians, so were kinda used to the heat and it was still better than the 104 Temps outside. There wasn't proper linens for the beds. The master bed didn't have a fitted sheet & in the closet, the backups were all just pillow cases. Minor troubles that can be easily fixed now that management is aware.

The guard gate staff was wonderful! The space was just perfect for 5 adults. The master bath even had a jetted tub we didn't expect. Full kitchen and laundry so it would be perfect for a long stay. There is plenty of parking available and it's near a lot of things! Especially Disney if that's what you're going for! We were so happy there was an opening at the last minute as our prior hotel had overbooked and canceled our stay 2 hrs before checkin. We were very grateful
