I would have enjoyed a meat choice for the breakfast. The offerings included a breakfast sandwich with sausage, but I personally don't care for those.

The staff was great. We had a bit of an issue with the first room (t.v. didn't work). Jaylene promptly and efficiently moved us to another room. She was very helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the work-our room and my partner and I enjoyed the indoor pool.

The breakfast was less than appetizing. There were egg and cheese “patties” folded like a taco that none of the family would eat beyond a bite. Granola setup was decent, but there wasn’t much of it.

Traveled with a friend for a funeral, we had the 2 bedroom suite & the bathroom configuration is not very handy….also wish places would put the TV instructions on a small sheet so we could have at least heard news With so many systems hard to figure out how to use.

Not enough commodities such as towels wash cloths soaps, hair care but most of all... They charged us 40$ more after we left.

We were called for a room. It was a mistake with the last name. No biggie lilly ended up fixing it an hour and half later. The double room we booked was not available. We ended up with a King.

I was satisfied with the discount she had given us for the confusion with the lastnames and the beds quantity. My family member slept out on the pull out bed. I'd rather her have a queen bed, but she was comfortable. The hotel was impeccable. Very clean, staff was nice, helpful. It was like a little apartment. The breakfast was cool, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, chocolate and white milk. Orange juice was broke, but they had apple juice, fruit, coffee, toast. They offered quite a bit during COVID-19. I was shocked. I would definitely stay here again. Best hotel in town hands down. Highly recommend.

The carpet is gross could be cleaned between guests checkout and arrivals. Looks as if the whole along the about 4” out, barely gets the feel of the vacuum. The ac area is the worst and lots of pet debri. I am pet friends and have allergies, however passive productivity to tackle the hair of others pets and passing of germs among other domestic pets.

Housekeeping didn’t visit our room for the 3 days we stayed. Needed paper products, towels and linens refreshed but never happened.

Needs to be Cleaner!!! Much cleaner!!!! I have a cat allergy. So mine and my kids allergies were in full gear while there!! Probably left over cat hair or poor air quality (was hard to breath), not to mention the room next to us had TWO cats with them! The little stove/oven in the room was discstingly dirty! Inside and out. The "clean" dishes were dirty, there was mold in the bathtub, cobwebs in the corners, dust on the refrigerator, a bathing suit on the floor in the bedroom that was not ours, gross bug pictures on the wall, and huge nasty bugs in the pool!!! The room was overpriced and for some reason I am being charged MORE than on my statement, so I have to now look into that! And after my stay, I checked out the reviews and noticed we were in the same room that had fleas!! For being one if the most expensive places in town, I expected much better! I would like partial refund.

The location was good for what we needed. The breakfast was ok basic. The space was very spacious. They did accommodate my request.

The “breakfast” offerings were awful and eating area was dirty and messy. We had to drive a few miles to find somewhere else to have breakfast. We stayed here a few years ago and all was great; breakfast was good, cleanliness was top notch. Very disappointed this time around.
