Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe mattress was a little bit soft for me. The flooring and carpet needs renovation.
For the price it was clean, good size room with mini kitchen and quite. I liked the staff and also the other guest we met. Their breakfast also was basic but good for the price. The hotel looks like a motel which we actually liked it.

United States of AmericaThe have an odd heating and cooling system. For colder weather we needed 2 space heaters in our suite. The air conditioner is probably fine for warm to hot weather.
The breakfast was nice. The staff were very attentive. The bed was comfortable. The courtyard and pool were very pretty.

United States of AmericaThere is no elevator, but the steps to the 2nd floor a comfortable tread height that is easily climbed. Pet relief area could use a little more outdoor lighting for late evening and night trips outside for the dogs.
Staff was amazing.Thank you Kelly for the excellent service. Rooms are very clean, and I am picky. The bed was soft and comfortable after a day on the road. I am physically disabled and a comfortable bed is a necessity for me. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and were immediately impressed with the hominess.. I saw a review that said furniture was dated, it is an antique furniture chest & cabinet. Beds appear new & so does the sofa. The person that left that review has no sense. Hotel is dog friendly, which is amazing. Let me promise you, you can not tell there has ever been a dog in the suite we stayed in. It smelled fresh and clean without evidence of any pet odors etc. There is also a guest laundry, but we didn't utilize it. Our son lives in College Station, and I can guarantee any time we are visiting, this is where we will stay from now on.

United States of AmericaLocation is close to A&M campus but in a bit of a run down neighborhood, Everything is very dated, but still functional. Remote ran out of battery.
Free breakfast and afternoon social hour with wine and cheese were very nice touches that made the place feel welcoming. Swimming pool is nice in the central courtyard, and the property was very secure once you get inside. Rooms are spacious with TVs in each bedroom.

United States of AmericaThere was no elevator and the stairs closest to our room (and the front office) were closed for repair. It was a little confusing at arrival because the main entrance was around the front of the building facing a yard rather than having any kind of driveway that led to it or doorway near the parking.
The "family" suite was awesome- my kids loved having a separate room and their own beds! The room honestly felt like a small apartment, very comfortable and everything provided. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was good- they offered a variety of dry/cold items, a waffle maker, and a selection of drinks.

United States of AmericaOnly thing I could say that I didn't like, rooms need a little update and a little better cleaning.
Ladies at the front were super friendly and helpful, wish we could have stayed longer but we were there just for the night for a volleyball tournament. I did like that there are only 2 entrances from the outside. And you need a code to get into those doors. Traveling with women and young girls makes you feel much safer knowing that there aren't a lot of ways to get into the hotel.

United States of AmericaWas super cold with A/C on high blast. Thankfully I had warm sweaters and blankets. It's an older style of heat and A/C, but it worked.
Very clean and comfortable accommodations. As a woman needing to do hair and makeup before a game, I love the stool and space provided in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great night rest when I needed to be up early to work the football game. Less than 5 minutes from campus.
