i would have to say the front door it felt like it was not secure enough and sometimes i was unsure if it was locked or not cant really tell unless you step outside and then check but make sure you have the key or someone to let you back in

i loved the fact that the room was seperate from living room and that the couch turns into a bed the bed part was the spa omg my grandbaby and daughter loved it and the firer place was a nice touch and beautiful to watch while relaxing in the spa loved that we were able to play in the snow across the parking lot and i also liked that the front door was next to tables side to sit down and enjoy the view and get some fresh air

The heater is annoying it clicks continuously every 20-30 minutes. The walls were thin. We could hear the neighbors kids full tantrums at 11:30 pm for over an hour with parents murmuring while talking to the kids.

Location of hotel was great, layout and facilities are good. If you have respectful and quiet neighbors, the place can be very quiet. Near lake.

Great location near everything including the lake, beds comfortable, rooms spacious, always plenty of hot water and great heating system. Shower fabulous and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable one. Carla especially was one of the loveliest people you could meet. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else just book this property and I guarantee you won’t regret it.

The room facilities are a bit old, worn and could use a facelift. But expected with the price. Some rooms subject to noise (probably worse in summer when busy).

The location, price and access to the Village Inn were great. Nice option for quick overnight trips skiing to get away from the city. Great value for money.

WiFi was iffy, Couldnt stream anything from my laptop. Had to connect via my Hot Spot from my phone. TV isnt a smart TV and you cant connect to WiFI to stream.

Mgmt left the Fireplace on for us since we arrived later than expected, so the room was warm when we checked in.

I recently stayed at the Vintage Lakeside Inn, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite being a bit farther away from Big Bear City Skiing Center, the price-to-value ratio is excellent, offering fantastic amenities for the cost. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Vintage Lakeside Inn for its great value, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service, despite its distance from Big Bear City Skiing Center.

The service was fantastic! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and everything was great. It’s also in a good location, especially if you’re looking for something budget-friendly. This place definitely offers the best value for money. Highly recommended!
