The pool was super gross. Looked like a bath tub, and I noticed they don't have there pump running at all times, so the water was stagnant and off putting. Only reason we picked this place was the indoor pool.

The hot tub was broken. This was one of the main reasons for booking so that was a disappointment,especially since we could have paid less elsewhere to not have a hot tub.

Our neighbors were loud, not the hotels fault, you could hear every door slamming, pool was warm but in an open lobby. The air was very cold.

The kitchenette was well supplied with utensils, pots and pans, etc. The laundry was free, just needed to have your own supplies. The pool hours and laundry hours started early and ended pretty late. Our room was larger than I expected. We had more than enough space. The staff were so friendly. Overall it was a nice stay for 2 nights.

The wifi was intermittent. We had frequent short term dropouts and same for the TVs. The furniture was a mix of newer and well worn. The carpet definitely needed an update.

It was a decently spacious apartment with a well provided kitchen. A TV was located in both the bedroom and the living room. Plenty of restaurants in the area and the beach was an easy walk. They even have laundry facilities on 2 of the floors. An excellent value for budget minded travellers.

The wifi sucked. Our decives and the room tv would not stay connected and kept glitching. The microwave plate did not fit the microwave and we had to take it out to heat up our food. And there was only one itty bitty peek-a-boo view of the beach. Or of anything for that matter. For being a top floor corner room facing the beach, there could have been a bigger window in the bedroom and a window in the living room. Looking at the design of the building, none of the rooms had much of a view of anything, but especiallt being in the corner facing the beach, it had the opportunity to have had an awesome view if the developers had paid attention to that when building it.

The location was perfect. It was only a block from the beach. I loved that we could walk to touristy shops, walk to the beach, walk to a few really good local (not big brand) coffee shops, and walk to the bus so we could get to more not-so-touristy areas. We stumbled across a Saturday art street fair, which was unexpected snd fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facilites were clean and when we ran out of supplies the staff was quick to respond. I love that there was a laundry room with a huge washer and dryer which gave us the option to pack light and do a load of laundry half-way through our trip.

Poor television reception, some of the channels kept jumping, and you couldn't get them back! We were given a password to obtain the wifi, and had difficulty getting it, we had to enter the password backwards in order to get access to the wifi!!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, the rooms were spacious, and the staff was very accommodating! Kudos to Larry who went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable!!

At night the curtain in the living rooms were to short and did not block out the light. Could6 sleep well, curtain with better coverage. But this is a small thing, the resort was pretty perfect for us

The distance to the beach was much closer than I assumed. Everything was really great, the front desk person was VERY helpful and nice. She gave us many recommendations on places to eat.
