The rooms were 80 degrees and no option for air or fans so it was very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to prop the door open for cool air when we were awake.

The dirty patio, the hot tub was dirty, photos were outdated and mis-leading

The beds were comfortable and clean. I like that there was a patio although it had lots of cigarette butts around the ground, like it hasn’t been cleaned. The patio area did not look like photo. I was given a late check out which was helpful.

Everything was closed, it felt like an abandoned building. No employees except one cleaning person. The breakfast was a joke. Stale muffins and all the chairs were piled on the tables in a dark room- nothing was ready for use. And there was no one around.

Location is great. If the options I saw were actually useable, that would have been nice. Pool, restaurants, casino, hot tub, breakfast lounge - everything was closed, dark and dirty.

We chose the hotel for tge amenities. Hot tub, pool etc. 1st person we spoke with was very nice said tge hot tub jets weren't working but we could still use. To find out tge hot tub was closed and filthy. they had problems with the heater so tge pool was like ice. Should have put up a sign it was closed. Should also have a notice on line that they were out of order. When we went to the front desk. The person was dismissive and didn't show any interest in what we were saying. Later spoke with the manager. Appeared he was blaming us we asked what he would do and basically said we could go to another hotel and checked us out. Not friendly or accommodating. So we left and took another hotel. We hope we will get our money back for the 2nd night we had paid for plus a refund or reduced rate for the 1st night.

The breakfast was horrible. All carbs, no apple juice, no eggs, the water was not hot for tea. Suggestion hard boiled eggs, sugar free syrup. A sign indicating who to see since there was no attendant.

Furniture looked worn and dated like it was pieced together from Goodwill. Room layout was weird with jacuzzi tub located in a closet in the living room area of divided room. I was in town for work but the National wrestling championship was going on in town and I was forced to pay around $250 a night for a $90 a night room. People working at front desk were scatter brained and twitchy, reminded me of tweekers.

Our pillows were very small and uncomfortable. I asked for more and there were no extras. The entire place needs a good deep clean. Most importantly, my granddaughter and i spent time in the pool and hot tub, and only when i was about to see if there was a sauna, i saw a red notice stating the pool/spa were off limits due to higher than acceptable contaminants. So we were swimming in contaminated water. That red notice should have been on the door or posted somewhere we could see it before getting into the pool! That’s disgusting.

I really like the ambience and old style of the building with statues and the nice courtyard.

The lobby was really cool looking and clean but very misleading . You weren't allowed to have extra towels in the room unless you were returning your old ones even if it was for the pool. There was no extra roll of toilet paper, mold in the bathroom shower curtain, the secondary lock on the door look like the door had been busted in at some point. Room curtain didn't close and didn't seem to be hung properly or missing hooks , floor was sticky and The toilet in the bathroom didn't seem to be mounted right and shifted very loudly whenever you stood up or sat down on it. There's no phones to call the front desk in the room.. handprints on the mirror still at check-in and their towels are like sandpaper. The pool area was nasty felt slimey, no towels and raised tiles everywhere ,overflowing garbage very grungie.

The bedsheets were clean , the beer on the lounge was good ..

While we were checking in, the hotel staff spoke to the maintenance man about kicking a door in. They also spoke to each other about a room needing new sheets as their was stains on the others. They didn't know if I had paid yet or not when I reserved my room. Our sink was dirty and people were yelling in the halls at 1am

Everything is dated and in disrepair. There was pee in our toilet when we check in. The room they put us in was on the back side of the hotel and I’m pretty sure the full time resident were selling drugs. The manager on duty was yelling at an employee for making a mistake and when confronted by another guest he continued with his tirade.

Handicap room, had no shelves in shower or bathroom to set shampoo, etc. on. No lid on toilet seat. Carpet edges had sharp nails sticking out. We were told breakfast was from 6 to 10 a.m., but at 9:30 a.m. the hot food was gone.

Pool not working, had to wait 4 hrs for hot tub to heat up. All garbage cans were full. Building was in need of major repair.

Bathroom was so dim you could hardly see in there. Pool area was not picked up daily. For two days towels laid in same spot! Bedding was stained.

Most staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and in nice surroundings. Quiet when we were there!
