The only downside was two days of landscape work with loud blowers and trimmers. It would be great if the tennis court was also marked for pickle ball!

The staff was helpful. Eva at the front desk was great and the maintenance people that covered the pools were really good too. Plenty of bath and pool towels were provided and the soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. were of nice quality. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the size of the unit was impressive and comfortable. This property is a great value.

Our recent stay at this apartment was exceptional. The size of the place was impressive, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which is perfect when you are traveling as a group. Additionally, the resort offered many amenities including a jacuzzi, tennis court, and more. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and enjoyed our stay.

The parking covered parking spaces had a horror movie type vibe but it felt secure.

I liked the resort feel of this location. Two pools, nice landscaping and areas to just relax. It didn't feel like you were in the city but was close enough enough to everything.

Our room was a little dark and didn't have much of a view. Not a lot of extra frills, but very good for the price. But these are really minor complaints.

We're picky but found little to complain about with Vista Mirage Resort. It isn't super-luxurious, but it is clean, comfortable, well-located, and well-priced. The staff are very friendly. As an added bonus they have a pool and tennis courts available, which our kids enjoyed. Parking was free and easy. We would definitely stay there again.

The dishwasher is super noisy, and the room could use some fresh paint, but other than that, it was just perfect for the price.

Only one thing, there was a bit of an odd smell when we walked in. We opened the doors for fresh air. The taste of the ice in the freezer ice maker was not good, so we did not put it in our drinks.

The beds/room were very comfortable. The kitchen utensils/appliances did the job. We had a very pleasant stay and will very likely stay thee again .

Fantastic, welcoming, genuinely warm appreciative experience! Many places send a standard welcome message before arrival. However, when you arrive, they have your money, the pleasantries begin to decline, you are here and this the room you have. Vista Mirage Resort sets a GREAT standard beholding by only a few places. Vista Mirage called, sent a welcoming message, asked about the needs of guests, and if any accessibility concerns. On the day of arrival, we called because we arrived much earlier than check-in time. Vista Mirage was so accommodating. They said we could leave our luggage or stay a short while to visit the facility until a room was ready. We stayed to check out the resort...a wonderful experience (gym, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, tennis court, very clean complex, small reading area, open and covered parking area, great location). We were in our room in about 15-20min. What a super nice 2 bedroom! This was a birthday gift for my gf and a first time trip to IWO tournament for my daughter. All of us were in AWE of the entire experience! Throughout our stay, all the staff we encountered were so gracious, friendly, helpful, asked if we needed anything, and there was someone on staff around to keep up the facility and/or grounds. The guests were also friendly. We were lucky to get this special mobile only deal from Booking.com. We cancelled our original booking when we saw this pop up closer to our travel dates. What a FABULOUS find! My family gives high praise and recommendations to Vista Mirage Resort!

A lack of hospitality upon arrival, some renovations are required for the games rooms, and the surrounding community does not feel entirely safe.

Cleanliness, fruit trees, landscaping, large condos, comfortable beds, and a very well equipped kitchen.

The location was just perfect - only a mile from downtown Palm Springs, on a main road that led to every where else we wanted to go, a grocery store, bakery and donut shop within a block!
