The unappealing building entrance with massive switches. You are asked to tip the maid and at the same time there is a substantial fine if you don’t wash the dishes or dispose of the trash on the trash can.

The location near the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooftop swimming pool. The manager and cleaning lady were very nice and helpful.

The office isn’t always staffed, although the young lady at the facility was extremely responsive and pleasant. Not sure if she was accessible after business hours. Having the office staffed 24 hours a day would offer a sense of greater security. For some reason, the address used by the facility isn’t the address recognized by Uber drivers…can’t explain this. The tv service is all streaming and is very limiting. I wish there would have been vending machines on site, although there are convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. I always like an Onsite coffee shop and gym. Wasn’t crazy about the rooster at an adjoining home crowing every morning!

The close proximity to the beach and restaurants can’t be beat. Much nicer accommodations than a hotel room. The booking was a breeze. The rooftop pool is very nice. The pricing was very reasonable given the quality and location of the resort rooms.

Great location one block away from the beach and many restaurants. Nice view of the ocean and sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop pool deck. The manager is very nice and available to answer all questions. Free parking at the hotel. Very large and well equiped rooms.

I enjoyed everything!

The room size, the location, the staff. Everything was great! The only time we used the car was to go to CVS. All the restaurants are there, the beach, and pier. It was a fantastic getaway. We will be back.

The office is closed after 5 if you're checking in late but they have a number you can contact that gets in touch with staff who can check you in and get you in your room. Really no issues at all.

The place was clean and inviting, in walking distance to the beach and all kinds of restaurants and shops. The staff was very kind and attentive to any needs we may have had. We had a great stay and would use them again!

The apartments are spacious, very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, nothing disturbed my sleep. The location is very good, a little away from the noisy street with tourists, but at the same time very close to the sea and restaurants.

Helpful staff . A lot of rules , such as signs telling guests to clean up and take the laundry out or pay a fee . Overall though the room was spotless and all the facilities were well cared for . Beautiful pool .
