Unit 307, advertised as a king, sofa bed and 3 singles. The pic online shows 2 twins so the assumption is there is a trundle/day bed somewhere, the truth is that it is a bunk bed with a trundle crammed into a “den” (I.e. there is no closet in that room) not “second bedroom” and there’s a large dresser/armoire and rug preventing guests from pulling the trundle out completely and because of the extremely small size of the room if anyone on the bunk bed gets up throughout the night the person on the trundle is getting stepped on.

Our porch furniture was falling apart and we were cautious to sit in them. We were told there would be an umbrella but there wasn’t so we went out and bought a canopy. We had only one beach chair.

The location was nice. Convenient to beach. Nice interior. Free parking. Emily was very helpful. She called to tell me about the broken sofa bed and put us in another suite. She put 2 twin beds together to accommodate us. That was very nice but it did make the room alittle tight to move around in. She also got 3 beach chairs for us since we only had 1 in our suite.

rooms ending in #11 (such as 411) should not be used. They are close to the road and you hear road noise all night.

I have stayed in this unit several times before, but it was a lot nicer then. The past year seems to have taken a toll. It had a couple of holes in the walls, and all of the window blinds were unusable. My daughters had to change clothes in the bathroom for privacy. The kitchen sink was hard to get hot water because the cover at the lever kept popping loose.

The location is amazing, and the beach is steps away.

The basic furnishings in the condo were fine. However, for a few dollars more, the hosts could really welcome their guests. For instance, if you provide bar soap for hand washing in the bathrooms, provide a soap dish so the gooey mess doesn't sit on the counter. Also, maybe provide travel sized shampoo and conditioner, so those who fly don't have to immediately go purchase some. A tiny basket with sugar/fake sugar for coffee (which we don't even use) so guests don't have to buy large amounts only to leave behind after their stay. Floors were sandy upon our arrival, but that's a hazard of a beach home. Glassware was horribly spotted and had lip marks - we had to run a (very loud) dishwasher before we could use glassware. A few extra towels would be nice -- even the tiny thin towels provided never got dry because of the humidity. Finally, a "resort fee" in a condo with a tiny unattended pool, where you have to rent beach towels for $10 each, and no actual amenities, is ridiculous.

I am from this area, and knew the location I wanted. Our balcony directly faced the Gulf of Mexico, so the location was perfect. Also, because it is a small property, it was relatively quiet. There were a few beach chairs in the closet which were greatly appreciated.

No parking, too small for my truck. Gave me a hard time for covered parking during a hurricane. Even put a tow warning on m.y truck after I paid all that money!

We didn't like the outdated bedroom and living room furniture and accoutrements. This unit needs updating in the worst way. Out-moded furniture, bed coverings and window treatments were tolerable but not inviting.

We liked our view of the Gulf of Mexico from our fourth floor balcony. We liked the convenient location to shopping and restaurants. We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We liked keyless entry.

The bathrooms needed updating - we had no hot water in one of the showers the last 2 days. Some of the furniture was in bad shape (the arm of the chair in the living room was broken) and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There was little policing of the rules for guests - one night a loud family party that took over the pool area went on until after midnight.

Noise control was absent, especially with boomboxes by the poolside. There were also weird spats between other guests in the parking lot at night. These are both things that (marginally) are out of the facilities' control, but some sort of reinforcement of the noise poolside would be appreciated.

The condo was fully stocked but would recommend some extra covers and new mattress on the king bed or a topper. It was so hard and we sleep horrible.. My kids don't share covers so it was a struggle all week with them. We flew in so our luggage was light. Next time we know to pack more.

The location and beach was perfect. Nothing was crowded and easy to get to. We will definitely be back. We had everything we needed in condo for the beach and kitchen was fully stocked.

This is very convenient -- we didn´t need charm or arquitecture.

Perfect location right on St Pete's beautiful beach, elevator, fully equipped, clean apartments. Quiet. Easy parking, stores nearby, 45mn to Busch gardens and other parks. Some apartments even have beach chairs and toys included.

This specific condo-unit 303 was not quite as nice as others I've stayed at in the past. It smelled very strong of some kind of air freshener that gave me a headache. The furniture wasn't very comfortable. The main bed is broken and being held up by industrial size t.p. rolls, which we saw while checking under the bed to make sure we didn't forget anything. It rained hard 1 day and the water was leaking into the living room from the back sliding door. Unable to use any streaming applications on the t.v.'s. Bathrooms were both small and not very clean looking. Downstairs in smoking area, the smokers butt hutt isn't cleaned our regulary and caught on fire at 1 point. My husband had to fill a bucket of water and pour it down, to extinguish the butts that caught fire.

Location is great! Beautiful view from oceanfront condo. Very short walk to the beach.. Elevator access is convenient. Quiet at night.

I didn't like that it was noisy... you could hear all of the road noise no matter where you were in the condo. I thought we were getting a unit with 2 BR's with 2 queen beds and I got one queen and a twin with trundle in a very small room. I didn't like that beach towels weren't available.

I liked that it was on the soft white sand beach. I liked that the pool was available and clean. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms. I liked that beach chairs were available in the closet.
