Lazy river was empty, sad to see there was no beach really because of the hurricanes which I know isn’t the hotels fault. I feel like they should have a restaurant property

I grew up visiting this hotel often so it was exciting to bring my kids. The hotel was super close to the ocean center is one of the reasons we went. The room was super clean, lots of beach and pool stuff to use and games/puzzles.

We had issues with the TV not working correctly in order for us to stream, but it wasn’t that big of a deal considering we were out swimming, in the beach, or sleeping!

The owner, Keri, was very receptive and communicative. It made any issues or requests very easy to discuss and fix. The location was nice, and the amenities were wonderful as well. The ability to walk on the beach whenever we wished was wonderful.

The room was lovely. There were views to the ocean and the city. The kitchen was roomy with all the amenities you could ask for, including a blender. The living room area was spacious and had ample seating with a nice size TV with cable and streaming service. The dining area has a nice size table that could comfortably sit 4. The balcony is a comfortable area to hang out and watch the sunset/rise. The bedroom had the most comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was huge and has a jacuzzi style tub, which is off of the bedroom. There are board games, books and puzzles as well as pool toys and beach chairs. The location is awesome as well, right on the Broadwalk and Ocean Park. The amenities are super - 5 pools, hot tubs, restaurants on site, arcade, and putt golf.

The putt-putt course could have been bigger and the game room should have more games and less claw machines. Also, this hotel needs another restaurant or two, closer to the hotel part of the building.

This was a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the pier. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had lovely furnishings. The staff was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

They advertise things that wasnt there. Cost me things I should of hsd. I wouldn't want to stay st that unit again.

We were there for a relaxing vacation, I did not anticipate not being able to have a chair at the pool due to people coming down at 7:00am to put towels on chairs and “reserving” them, then going back to their room (which was clearly posted as being against the rules). By 9:00a when my family was ready to go to the pool there wasn’t a chair available, most were unused but had belongings in them, one security guard was enforcing and removing people’s stuff to allow for others to have chairs and when we (6 people in my family) took 2 chairs that the security guard gave to us, approximately 20 minutes later one of the people showed up claiming it was their chair and we were harassed by them the remainder of the time we sat there as they had most of the row “reserved”. It was not relaxing to say the least, not sure if it was overbooked or something the resort needs to enforce more strictly but I’ve never experienced anything like that, the remainder of my trip I sat on side of the pool or walk around until late afternoon when chairs would finally open up. There was not a lot of beach area, the water level is very high and for most of the week did not recede enough to have an enjoyable beach day.

I liked the access to the board walk and beach. The room was nice, clean and met the needs of our family.

The staff were very difficult. I rented an apartment and was only given 1 parking space.

The blender in the room was so old& kinda gross& didn't work at all. The whole lot of confusion over being a north end room holder who was yet a south tower guest was annoying. Could not use towels to turn in daily like south end, could not access north end gates cuz we had south tower bracelets-just odd, the lot of it. The cantina/coffee area was frequently low on offerings.

The location was fabulous. The room was very nice. The amenities were exceptional around the pool area. The bar by the pool had a good range of drinks to order& while the menu looked great we didn't partake. Loved the coffee maker in suite as we could use k-pods or ground. Washer& dryer were a huge bonus, given the towel situation. Tons of things for the beach in the closet which was lovely.

The description made us think that there was two bedrooms and four beds not a one bedroom for four people. Lazy River was small and the tubes were old and did not stay inflated. The ocean walk shops and restaurants were out of date dirty and the food was awful.
