The area seems as if it's an up and coming area; however, I never felt unsafe.

Directions were provided which made for a seamless process. Communication from the host was top tier!

Indeed it's 8 minutes from the airport. But far away from anything else. You'll have to pay 20-30$ to get to anywhere or wait for pretty rare public transportation The neighborhood is not appealing and you have nothing to do in this area. When I booked the apartment it was called (...something...*Gym*). Gym was one of the reasons that I decided to rent it regardless location. Eventually- they didn't provide an access to the gym- which I found very misleading. Anyway, I see that they changed the name and glad about this change

The apartment is clean, quiet spacious in a new building. 8 minutes by Uber from the airport. Steven was very helpful. Most of the time there was security guy at the entrance. And the entrance to the building has a code

The complex is a smoke free environment so you have to go outside the property to the designated smoke area across the street.

The complex is new it's clean it has convenient parking and it is very quiet. The beds were super comfortable with white clean linen which I enjoyed the showers were spacious & the view was beautiful. It was a great place to relax.

This will undoubtedly be my preferred accommodation whenever I visit Austin! I enjoyed every aspect of it. The assistance during our check-in was fantastic, with continuous follow-ups at every stage. The unit was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The modern aesthetic was particularly appealing, and considering the affordability, it's definitely worth the price!

This will definitely be my go to place to stay when I visit Austin ! I loved everything! They helped with our check in process every step of the way! They did continuous follow ups! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable I loved the modern look ! Very affordable and worth the price !

Though our staying was comfortable, it was a bit stressful as we just arrive since there are so many rules, regulations and a very long contract so sign on. As I book this apartment I wasn't expecting all that, though I understand it's importance..... That being said, If I ever go back to Austin I would probably stay there again.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Well designed and absolutely clean. The host was very accessible and looked after all our needs. The location itself was also pretty comfortable.

The fact that you could hear the neighbor and no curtains to block the bright outside lights from blinding you in your sleep!

Love the modern finishes and the bedroom was cozy. The bathroom was clean, I would have like to have a tub, but Austin apts are small so guess get why the have so many studios!
